Great stuff, I'm using it once or twice a day, for 10 to 45 min sessions, to bring me back here when needed- instantly most often- and to muscle relaxation on the evening.

Good quality and works really well
I’ve tried other mats before, but this one is by far the best. It was more expensive than the others, but the quality really stands out. I usually lie on it for 15–20 minutes after a shower or sauna, when my body is warm — it seems to work better that way. The acupressure definitely helps release tension points and promotes deep relaxation.

Best sleep!
The best sleep I have gotten in a long time. It’s deeper sleep during the night when I use my mat before bedtime. It is pricey, but when you consider the cost of countless massages or acupuncture appointments to create that same effect, it’s a great investment. I love that I can do it daily in the comfort of my own home!

Good quality and nice looking
I did not have experience with acupressure mats before so I cannot compare to other products out there. The pricklyness of this mat is really not bothersome at all. In fact I started looking for more input from the mat from the very first start by pulling up my knees to my chest. Therefore I find the physical results somewhat disappointing. Game changer!

Best Gift Ever!
I gifted the mat and pillow set to my mom for Christmas and she really enjoys it! At first, she was a bit intimidated by the pointy nails but once she came around to using the set, she had the most relaxing sleep she’s had in a very long time. She even recommends it to my grandma!

We’re really enjoying this Bed of Nails mat and neck pillow! Got the eco one and love that all the materials are natural/nontoxic! Wonderful addition to managing chronic neck strain!
I spend many hours sitting and working on a computer. The BON has made an incredible difference to my upper back and neck pain - virtually gone now!

WHERE DID ALL THE TENSION GO?
I absolutely love my bed of nail. I use it every night for 20 minutes on my bed before I go to sleep. The improvement in the quality of my sleep and back pain is a reason to celebrate in itself. Can’t live without!
Wow what can I say about this product it is amazing and has literally changed our life. Me and my 11 yr old daughter suffer from migraines, she has since about 4 and nothing has ever helped as she’s too young for medication but laying on this is like magic. 20mins and the relief is just amazing you can actually feel the pain leaving your head, we could not be without it...

Great!
Love my bed of nails so far. It gives me an afternoon energy boost when I lay on it after lunch for 10-20 minutes, and I fall asleep quickly at night. Hoping it will help my insomnia when used consistently.

Excellent for pain relief and relaxation
I’ve been using my BON every night for 6 weeks now and my only regret is that I didn’t buy one sooner. Getting better every day --
Gradually increased my time to as much as an hour - but at least 30 min per day -- really spending some time while at the office using the pillow to work my feet over. I do quite a bit of trail running and this has really made a difference - my feeling is that the real benefits will continue to increase over time -- being consistent seems to matter as well -- JP
