Love!!!
Bought this about a month ago and I am obsessed. Once you get past the initial pain and breathe through it, this thing is magical. It’s incredibly relaxing and actually great for meditation. 10/10 recommend

Amazing
I was skeptical at first, tried it out a few times, and started to notice a big difference. Quality of sleep improved, stress levels dropped to a more calm state. I am thinking of ordering another one for my office chair!

Took some to get used to, but now works great
At first, like many people it took a few times to get used to it, and for it to provide some pain relief. It works great now after those initial few times laying on it, and it feels great on my back.

I thought it would be a good idea to designate an empty room in my house for a "zen space," which includes the BON MAT & PILLOW, for my wife who works tirelessly to meet the never-ending demands of our one-year old son. Black pillow and mat
Christmas present for partner, but I’ve been using it more😀 It’s relaxing after using for a few minutes, love the pillow for my neck, feels so much better after. Family member used the pillow and said her headache went. So good pain reliever. Would recommend

It is as they say.
I don't know how to review because I wasn't sure what I was really trying to accomplish. Does it put pressure on my skin? Yes. It's it too sharp to handle? Absolutely not. Does it instantly relieve pain? No, well not in my SI strain anyway. Does it provide opportunity to do something different? Yes. I don't regret the purchase.

Every night
I use my BED OF NAILS every night for 20 minutes and the day melts away. I was pleasantly surprised at how much this mat and head rest has reduce stress, feel light and ready me for sleep. I have a very difficult environment and, with the present pandemic era, I was feeling completely overwhelmed. BON is an alternative to medication and other expensive forms of healing.

Sleep Quality !!
Bought the mat and pillow as a birthday present for husband as he suffers with lower back pain. He has found it to really help using just before bed and his quality of sleep has been really improved. It's a wellness for your body and soul!
My partner and I wanted a Bed of Nails for a really long time. We were looking forward to try it. Immediately after first use we recommended this product to all our family and friends and since then we are using it on a daily basis. Bed of Nails is simply a revelation! In our opinion, it's the best way to relieve from stress and anxiety in just 20 or less minutes!

Really works!
I’ve used the mat and pillow for 10mins every night before I go to bed and it really helps melt away any tension. It’s surprisingly relaxing and my upper back had eased itself!

nice but too expensive
It is nice and I use it while watching tv. I have neck and shoulder problems and I think it helps. However just looking over the bill, not sure it's worth the price.

Fantastic!
I bought this for my fiancé for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. Great quality and it has made such a difference to his back and shoulders already. If you are thinking about it, don’t hesitate! I’m glad I invested in a more expensive brand, extremely satisfied!
