Fantastic!
This car seat is fantastic. We bought it as second car seat to have it ready in a second car and also to take with us on a flight. The car seat is light and easy to transport. It is also easy to install in uber or cabs and rental vehicles. It is pretty sturdy but also comfortable. My daughter took 1-hr long naps without problem. Definitely recommend.

Impossible to install
My husband has a master’s degree in engineering and we cannot figure out how to install this. Instructions might as well be in Latin and we cannot find anything helpful online. I bought this to make travel easier and I am having an enormous amount of buyer’s remorse. At this point I’ll stick to lugging around our 35 pound Britax. At least the instructions make sense and...

Great car seat!
Very easy install. Going to use this for our travel on the airplane and in the rental car on our Euro trip.

Light weight
We bought this as it was light and slim. We are planning on using this as our travel car seat in the airport. Super easy to install and my son loves it.

Light, travel-friendly, but no recline
I love how light this seat is, and I really love the closed belt path. I bought it as a backup seat and for air travel, and I think it will work perfectly. The biggest con for this seat is that it doesn’t have a recline function, so in my vehicle, while rear facing, baby is really laying back. Comfortable and relatively lightweight
Fit my 9 month old comfortably and she took to it right away. While being slim there’s still plenty of room for our baby (she’s at about the 45th percentile weight wise). This car seat is lightweight compared to other similar convertible car seats. We checked it at the counter when traveling by plane with no issues (or visible damage) since our baby was a lap infant.

The BEST!
Simply the best car seat, and I’ve had 2 in the last 10 years because of a huge age gap we are still buying them! This model is great for compact cars, smaller suvs and overall a great seat!

Don't do it
Impossible to get tight. I've been trying all day but it just won't stay tight. Fire Department couldn't do it either. Now I have to look for a new one.

Comfortable travel or everyday car seat!
We were looking for a travel car seat that actually appeared comfortable for our child and this proved to be that. We liked it so much we are now using it as an every day seat. Great price and simplistic build with slim design.

Travel car seat
We got this car seat as an extra one to have on hand for travel and transfers (grandparents or sisters car). I wish it had the other clips to fasten it into the car (with the red clicker buttons) but otherwise this car seat is pretty slick. Contender Slim Convertible Car Seat
I love the slim profile of this car seat and the fact that it is much lighter than a lot of the car seats that I looked at before deciding on this one. I know the Graco brand is well made and highly rated for safety.

Great Carseat
Got this for when we take our 1 1/2 year old grandson. This was easy to install, we have it rear facing at the moment and will turn it front facing when he is old enough. We can also remove it easily when we don't need it in the car. Our son and daughter-in-law approve of it also.
