Absolutely perfect
This has been the best water bottle I’ve ever had. It has every feature I wanted, and some that I didn’t know I wanted. I love all the color choices and the fact that it’s dishwasher safe is a huge bonus. It doesn’t spill at all, and keeps my water cold. The handle is great to hold and clip anything on, and the opening lid makes filling it more efficient and accessible....

Broken lid
Bottle top broke very easily
Bottle only lasted 2 months. My 7 year old knocked it from her desk at school and the top/lid broke. Bottles can no longer be closed so unusable. Unfortunately accidental drops aren’t covered by the limited warranty. Very disappointed. I just copied from the lady below. Too bad you don’t have replacement tops.

Broken lid after 2 weeks
Bottle lid broke suddenly without any force or fall, after only 2 weeks of use. I cant seem to find a replacement lid. I do love the water bottle otherwise though

Not leak proof
Love the design of the bottle, however it leaks. I've had the bottle for only two months and the seal in the lid has loosened somehow (I only use it for chilled, still water, never placed in a dishwasher, never removed for cleaning) allowing water to seep out even when "locked. "

Love the bottle but the top got moldy right away and I had to buy new tops
So while I love the stainless steel bottle and the easy fill I am sad tha I had to replace the top from black stuff and could not wash away

Ello girlie
I have been an Ello stan for several years. I have three Ello water bottles for myself. I buy them for my kids. I bought one for my sister and she loves the Colby. She wants to buy two more. You can also buy replacement parts should any become damaged.

DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAPLY MADE BOTTLE
These water bottles are awful! DO NOT BUY!! The day after I bought one the cheap plastic on the lid cracked and it will not lock or close so it is now useless. They don’t offer replacement lids either knowing they are cheaply made and will break so easily is crazy. Thinking they will fool people into buying a whole new bottle. No one will fall for that. Fool me once.

Ello is the ONLY brand of water bottle I will buy. They keep drinks very cold (or hot) and I have never had one leak.

Lids are bad quality
I bought 3 pop bottles and these are great, but out of the three two lids are broken and they are out of stock . Reading the reviews looks like lid is not the best quality. After spending so much money on these it’s hard to throw the bottle.

Great Bottle - Cheap Lid
My daughter loves this water bottle but we have gone through 2 lids now in the course of a couple of months and now it isn't available to get another lid. Very frustrating

Pretty good except
These were great bottles until it gets dropped once. The lid breaks and no longer seals shut which now then any liquid inside leaks out if tipped over and there is no replacement parts. Super annoying. Would be better if the lid design wasn't so easily breakable or even if they offered a replacement lid.

Cheap cap ruins an almost perfect bottle.
I loved this water bottle for 4 months until it dropped and the flip top cracked. Unfortunately it is unsafe to use - the metal rod is pointy- and without the metal rod the lid doesn’t stay on. No replacement lid is available, so now I guess it gets recycled or only used to water my plants. Bummer for the planet

Not for kids
I purchased this bottle twice in the last 3 months for my kids bottle for school. Neither of them lasted.
The first broke and the lid stopped closing after 2 weeks of having it. The second started getting moldy in the silicone mouth piece but then again, it broke and the lid no longer works. These bottles are not made to last.

Super convenient the easy refill, easy to clean. Very insulated the thermos and holds cold water up to 24+ hours. Ive gifted more to family!
