Bottle leaks
I bought 4 of these water bottles it had all the features I wanted soft spout, stainless steel, handle, and a straw. I am I’m very disappointed, it keeps leaking. I place the seal perfect but when the kids fill it at school it leaks all over their bags. It has ruined numerous library books and school work. It has soaked my car seats. Don’t waste your money
The latch broke so now the top won’t stay. Couldn’t find where they sell replacement screw top lids so seems like a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend.

Great quality but Seals Are Confusing
This honestly is a great water bottle: it feels great, it's the perfect size, and it's good quality. So far, after 2-3 months, the lid lock is still good, but I'm very confused as to how the seals fit back on. Pretty,but fragile and inconvenient.
Love the color ans bottle, but the lid locks broke easily and there's no replacement available. It seems to be a common problem. I'm going to move to a more reliable water bottle and suggest others do too.

Avoid this bottle

Great bottle, NEED NEW LID
While I absolutely love my Ello water bottle, my lid’s cap broke recently and it’s sold out online everywhere. . I don’t want to buy an entirely new water bottle since this one has sentimental stickers on it so I really am bummed and see others have this lid problem often as well

Not leakproof
Hoy this water bottle in August and is already leaking, I’m not missing any parts but I can’t figure out why it still leaks :(

Water EVERWHERE
I’ve bought FOUR of these bottles, and EVERY one leaks. I have wasted so much water with them just by existing. Even if they’re just sitting there SOMEHOW the seal comes loose and it just starts leaking EVERYWHERE. I do not recommend. They are not made well, and spill VERY easily.

Not very happy with the product
I purchased the bottle in January, after few months of using it, the rubber part turned into mold. I have tried washing it with different products, but its not going away. As soon you pop the top it smells like mold. Does not recommend it.

Bottle Lifesaver
This is the best bottle I’ve ever owned. I love the lock and the straw top or I could drink without it. It’s so versatile.
