Great guide
It is a great journal. I give it 4 stars only because of the size of the journal. If only it would be smaller, I could carry it with me at all times. Instead of filler & killers , I would read it , apply to my life.

Great for self improvement
Recently, I have been trying to improve myself as a whole including spending less time on my phone and more time in the present! This book is great for anyone who would like to make any improvements in life no matter how small or simple! It gives you different pathways to follow based on what you would like to work on so it could truly work for anyone!

I love this workbook
The video attach shares how I feel about this workbook. It’s vibrant in color and very easy to use. I love the grounding techniques and the metaphors behind each page. This is a must buy!

Eye Opening WorkBook!

A self help tool that goes beyond a quick read
It's a well rounded self help guide. Finding joy again, can be very difficult for some. On a personal level; Im on a healing journey. Interesting
At first I was a little eh about this item. But once I got it and saw it in was very interested. It is full of knowledge but also gives some workbook pages to work through things. This came at a perfect when I have left my job and am switching my career path. So excited to see what this workbook has in store for me to help me work through!
