Broke before using the 3rd time
Wow don't waste your money on this. Plugged it in on our 3rd time using it and it will not turn on. Called Quill and was told it was past the 30 return policy. Was given a phone number to call about service was the wrong number it was a carpet manufacturer. Ugh! Didn't think that Black & Decker could make a vacuum that only works twice.
