Antivirus and lots more
Installed easily on two computers so far. Includes many functions, some of which I haven’t employed. Defaults to automatic renewal at their prevailing rates, but that was relatively simple to disable, since there always are sales on AV products. Doesn’t seem to be slowing anything down, and runs perfectly on my Windows for ARM notebook.

Terrible service
I don't go on internet daily but just once per week to check on my account and I got crashed that it does freeze up to go Internet that's terrible service.

Staples order/pick-up process was great. Norton is ok; I've used it before, but I dislike the way its messages pop up while I am trying to work on my computer. Many of those messages are sales oriented - asking me to 'upgrade.' So distracting!

Good. But auto renew is at a jacked-up price.
Good Product. The only drawback is automatic subscription renewal. Called to turn it off in years past, only to have Norton try to sneak it through. Keep an eye on your credit card.

We have used Norton for many many years. It is effective and easy to use. It does require a credit card to authorize it. However once you get it up and running you can stop the auto renewal.

Soo much upselling
No trouble installing and I suppose it works but lots more popups telling me it's done x and do I want to do y. Y is an additional charge. Way more popups in general than the other product I was using. At this point I won't be renewing.

Still an Excellent Antivius Program
What a pain I needed to buy a box copy not a download since my Norton 360 doesn't run out for four months and I wanted the great Black Friday price. This was a challenge everyone was selling the immediate download configuration. Hope and pray this is not the future. Norton 360 is still the best out there.
