Swing=calm baby
My baby loves movement, this swing was the answer to all our fussy issues. I only wish I would have bought it earlier, we started using it at 3 months.

I received this as a gift for our baby shower, she swung in it 1x and now the music and swing stopped working. I’ve tried new batteries and different outlets with no luck. The green light is on but it does not work and Graco will not accept gifts to be returned or exchanged.

Works until it doesn’t….
My baby loved this seat and it seemed like the only thing that could soothe her to sleep until 3.5 months , and then the motor just stopped working. We tried new batteries, new plug. Nothing would work. Very frustrating. Is this normal? Is there a recall? Is my 1 year warranty valid?

Disappointed
My baby loves this swing, but it’s very unreliable. We’ve been using it for about 4 weeks and it only works sometimes. There is something wrong with the swinging mechanism. It sounds like it’s trying to swing but isn’t doing it. My baby is only 10 lbs so he isn’t too heavy. Very disappointing since it’s the only thing that will sooth him when we’ve exhausted all options...

I've had this for 2 months and sometimes the motor swings sometimes it doesn't. Pretty bummed as I know these aren't cheap at all.

Slightly unstable
The swing is very soothing and swings nicely, but it is somewhat unstable. The bottom frame lifts up off the ground when the swing speed is above 1.

Motor stops working after 3 months
I got this for my baby (now 4 1/2 months) and it worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. If I have it plugged in, or with the batteries, or even both with the batteries as a back up, it just doesn’t turn on anymore. Not durable
Used this swing for my first born for a few months. It then sat for a bit when I went to use a couple years later it had stopped working. Well taken care of. Motor must have issues.
It's too bad because otherwise it's a great swing. Love the seat itself and vibration option

It doesn’t work anymore.
I’ve been using this swing for five months with my baby and it has completely stopped swinging. I don’t leave my baby in it running for long periods of time. I’m super disappointed that it doesn’t swing because my baby loved it.

Broken after a few months of use.
Was gifted this swing for my baby shower, my baby enjoys swinging in it for a few minutes a day, but I am extremely disappointed that the swing will not work, I’ve only had it for a few months my daughter is only 4 months old and she is well below the weight limit and we didn’t even set this swing up until she was around a month old but I went to turn the swing on today...

Overall disappointed and its noisy
We received this item as a gift and all it does is squeak. It also seems like the different swing levels dont change, level 1 swings just as fast as level 6. Super disappointed.

Broken after less than 10 uses
My first son who is under 2 didn’t care for this swing so we hardly ever used it. Now that my second son is here the swing is broken. We plug it in and it won’t turn on! We even bought a new adapter but it’s still broken. I assume it’s a motor issue. The exact same thing happened with our Graco bassinet. Broken for no reason in less than 2 years with little use.

squeaking after only a month
i bought this about a month ago and my daughter is only 13 lbs and its squeaking and clicking now. it used to be the only thing that put her to sleep and now the squeaking is so loud it just keeps her up.

Great swing if it worked
The swing stopped working and we can’t get any support from Graco:( we think the motor is bad. Sadly, our baby loved the swing and it always put him to sleep.

Could be better
Got this as a baby shower gift and I LOVE it, or well l loved it. Less than 5 months of minimal use and half the swing setting don’t want to work and the knob itself is loose, not to mention the cord coming out of the leg literally fell off.

Smoke??
I got this last year for my son. When it worked, it was great. Suddenly stopped working. Wanted to give it to a friend, so I went to put batteries in it to see if it was just the cord and it started smoking and cut off completely.

Don’t buy it
Bought this item in July. Worked for 2 weeks and now it won’t even swing. I contacted graco and they won’t help me. Won’t even respond anymore. Don’t buy the swing. Not worth the headache. What a waste of money.

Quick working out of nowhere
Loved the swing for the short period we had it working. Now it just won’t turn on anymore. Checked all connections they seem fine just doesn’t work anymore. Disappointed as it was a nice swing.
