would not recommend
I bought this for my newborn and if so much time hadn't passed I would have returned it once I started using it. When we first put it together the swing would make an obnoxiously loud clunking noise and would stop swinging randomly. Customer service was great and sent a new motor. Died after a few weeks
Our unit was used a handful of times for our first born. We dutifully stored it, only to have it not function at all when we removed it from storage for our second child. Zero lights, no response to the power adapter with new batteries. Laughable for something this large and simple to break for $150 and like only 10 uses.

Great swing if it worked
The swing stopped working and we can’t get any support from Graco:( we think the motor is bad. Sadly, our baby loved the swing and it always put him to sleep.

Could be better
Got this as a baby shower gift and I LOVE it, or well l loved it. Less than 5 months of minimal use and half the swing setting don’t want to work and the knob itself is loose, not to mention the cord coming out of the leg literally fell off.

Smoke??
I got this last year for my son. When it worked, it was great. Suddenly stopped working. Wanted to give it to a friend, so I went to put batteries in it to see if it was just the cord and it started smoking and cut off completely.

Don’t buy it
Bought this item in July. Worked for 2 weeks and now it won’t even swing. I contacted graco and they won’t help me. Won’t even respond anymore. Don’t buy the swing. Not worth the headache. What a waste of money.

Worked for a time period but after not using for a while will not turn on with cord or with batteries. Very disappointing.

After we put it together, the unit had no power whatsoever. I would assume a faulty circuit board. Disappointed.

Quick working out of nowhere
Loved the swing for the short period we had it working. Now it just won’t turn on anymore. Checked all connections they seem fine just doesn’t work anymore. Disappointed as it was a nice swing.

Horrible lack of numbers
Terrible product. I got this for free from a friend but they no longer had the manual and it's mixing a pile support piece and a buckle. The model number and manufacture date is impossible to find. So glad I didn't spend any money on this piece of junk

suddenly doesn’t work

Disappointed
I used this swing 6 years ago with my first son and he loved it, so when I had my second baby this year I already knew which swing to get. Horrible instructions makes this harder than it needs to be to put together. The stars that dangle do not move on their own so you have to keep manually moving it. Vibrator does not work!! One annoying thing
Idk why someone would decide to put little tags on each star , makes it look stupid and they are not easily removable. Pretty annoying and I'm just shocked that some imbecile though that it was a good idea for all these stupid tags on the eye catching stars. Be smarter

Make sure you check the box
I got this as a gift and im going to assume it was returned because it was missing the arms for the swing to attatch to the motor and the battery pack top was missing!!!!!! i cant return it because i dont know where she got it. So i have a broken swing to throw in the garbage now..

Nightmare to assemble
Absolute nightmare to put together. The instructions that come with it are impossible to follow. We had to look up a video. The finished product looks fine. I sure hope our baby likes it
