Not worth the asking price
I love the watch but the limited capabilities such as missing maps it’s not worth it. The forerunner even the 945 might be a better option. More features is needed in this watch.

Upgrade from the Instinct 2X Solar
I am semi-happy with the Amoled version of this series. The face colors are brilliant, and somewhat customizable. I also enjoy the red light shift option. The glass is clear, showing no distortion and easy to maintain.

Everything is great
I bought it a few weeks ago and love it the screen is a great size to see everything I love it's not touch screen so it doesn't get dirty all the features are great I used it hunting over the past weekend

Fantastic watch
Have a Garmin vivosmart watch. This is a major upgrade, well worth the extra $$. More accurate in all features. Great battery life 14 days with no issues.

Great Eatch
Bought this to dip my toe back in the Garmin world. Got tired of having to always charge my Apple Watch everyday and sometimes twice a day. Great features and battery life
Bought this watch around a month ago. Waited to review it because I wanted to get to know it first. Love how I can create and send workouts to the watch, navigation is easy and user-friendly, the small LED light is mega handy and it doesn't feel heavy when hiking in long trips. No touchscreen is actually a benefit once you get used to navigating with the buttons.

Wow! What a watch!
I purchased the watch for the dog tracking capability with my Garmin Alpha series GPS dog collar. I also found out the watch had a waterski app. The waterski app helps me ski more efficiently. The watch is full of functions I’m still learning how to use!

One Tough Watch!
I bought this watch approximately six months ago, and it's been amazing! Best watch I've ever owned! Has all of the features I need for my very active lifestyle. It's also tough. On numerous occasions, I've scratched it against something, and there's no noticeable scratch damage to my watch!

Very Customizable
I am very impressed with the number of activities that can be tracked, and the details and data that can be captured. My intent was to only use this for one activity, but I can see that I'm going to be setting it up for other activities.

Perfect
I purchased 2 weeks ago and have been pleasantly surprised with the ease from going to a different model to the Instinct 3. It is super responsive, accurate and has an incredible long lasting battery.

It’s the best watch made instinct, 350 mm
I was so thankful about this watch and I couldn’t wait for it to get here. It is so helpful. It does so many things. Great battery life….great watch!
I was looking for a watch that had a brighter display with a longer battery life. I found that in the Garmin Instinct 3 AMOLED watch. Pretty complicated to get started
I like the watch a lot, and some of the features are intuitive, but a good deal of it requires mastering the navigation of menus which I've not found to be easy.

One drawback
I have had this for a couple months now. I like it except for one thing and that is that the screen doesn't light up all the time when I turn my wrist to look at it. I know I can set it to display all the time but I believe that uses battery faster.

Better than a Instinct 2X Solar, but...
This watch is aesthetically awesome, and the screen is better for me with its AMOLED option. Although this watch still does not track my sleep 100%.That same issue was present with its predecessors (Vivo Active, Instinct 2X.) The nap tracking is an added benefit, but it does not ease the frustration of missing sleep recording.
