Superb, Excellente, Manificent Customer Service
Every staff person that helped me was superb, especially the store manager, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Days later, Justin has helped me atleast twice and he is superb as well. I absolutely love Staples Rochester Hills.

DON'T BUY DEFECTIVE
Just bought this PC less than a month ago, and it won't power on, has black screen, but it shows a light in the back of the PC where the power cord goes. For the price, I expected quality from HP, but was let down greatly.

Performs as expected, i.e. very well. I just wish I could find out how to re-set the screen sleep mode as it goes to sleep and then immediately wakes up even though no user is present.

Great upgrade
Had to upgrade for Windows 11. This has a bigger screen and much better than my previous Lenovo. Really good quality screen graphics, I am very pleased.

Easy all the way around!
The computer was easy to purchase, arrived quickly, and easy to set up!
The only downside I can think of is that it doesn’t come with Microsoft Suite installed (Excel/Word). Easy to install a LibreOffice for free, though!

HP 27 inch AIO DT AI PC
Purchased the HP 27 inch AIO DT AI PC to upgrade from an HP Laptop. Setup and data copy were both seamless processes. HP does the data copy via the cloud. It couldn't be easier. The features of the HP 27 inch AIO DT AI PC have made my life easier. Excellent choice for my personal and work use.

dont buy
from day one, had problems with the computer. Had to add new drivers. Now memory issues. old documents messed up. gliches that it just shuts down. worst buy in computers.

Great new features
We bought a new HP computer to replace one that was operating Windows 10 that is no longer supported. We prefer HP to other brands and the new computer doesn't disappoint. There are some new features to become acquainted with and overall we are very pleased with our purchase.
