Not what I expected
For me it was to heavy for sleeping,difficult to check your vitals,overall to complicated so I send it back.

Garmin Rules the Time Of Day!!
The Instinct 3 Amoled 45 mm is a great piece of art to wear on my wrist... Once Garmin fixes the picture transfer problem, it will be a complete dream come true.

Awesome watch!
I love my Instinct 3. I wanted a wearable that could track strength training well, and this watch does just that and more. I find that it makes training and pushing yourself even more fun by seeing progress recorded. It also give me deep insight into body that I had never had before. Highly recommend.

Nice watch easy to use. One thing I wish the band was a little bigger. One band came with it, but it works.

It’s a nice watch
As an apple watch owner, I have been disappointed that this watch is not nearly as user friendly.
I do like it though & am learning. Great battery life & flashlight.

Best watch for mountain biking
This watch is better in every way than the Instinct or Instinct 2.
Once it's set up, which does take some effort, with one press on the controls, I can easily connect it to feed my pulse to my Edge 830 for biking, track my indoor biking when the weather is inclement and monitor my weight work. Great watch
Still learning all its features, but once you get familiar with it the navigation of apps is intuitive. Great for counting reps and sets of my workouts.

Ultralight, but TOUGH and loaded w features
Everything I hoped for, and more. Ultralight, yet tough. AOLED display is so sharp. Last but certainly not least… battery life averaging 18 days for me - and I am quite active with multiple exercise sessions per day.

Great So Far!
I’ve had my Instinct 3 about 3 weeks now and so far it has functioned flawlessly. Many more features than my Vivoactive 4. Certainly fits my lifestyle and training needs well.

Just the upgrades I needed and not more
I needed to update my old forerunner 935 since the GPS elevation gain tracking has been terrible for over a year, not matter what I did per YouTube and Garmin advice. All I really wanted was better GPS options and a good battery, and the instinct 3 was the answer. Very Nice Smartwatch
I bought this watch a few weeks ago to replace my Instinct camo. The Instinct 3 has a great battery life and I really like the flashlight. Only downside so far is that a few of my activities have been saved on the watch but for some reason they don't sync to Garmin connect. Otherwise I would give 5 stars. Anyway it's a great watch and I hope to enjoy it for the next few...

Very good
I have had my watch for about a month. The display is crystal clear. The flashlight is better than expected. I enjoy how light weight the unit is, it is the lightest watch I have had in years. I like not having a touchscreen for activations when I’m trying to sleep. It does all of the garmin things and has a personal trainer for weights. The battery life is very good.

Long time between charges
Originally received one with issues. After a couple of months of trying to make it work I was able to return it for a free replacement. The replacement works flawlessly and the weather data at a glance has been extremely useful for fishing. Battery lasts ridiculously long. Ease of customization is great. Can’t believe how much info is available at just a glance.

I Love the features it has
It's a great watch. I'm loving the battery life and I don't have to turn on water resistant like Galaxy or IPhone. The health features are very good.
