Will not charge
I’ve had this speaker less than a month. When I try to plug it in to charge, all the buttons light up and the speaker beeps, and the speaker won’t charge. Extremely frustrating considering the price and how long I’ve had it. It was a great speaker before it randomly stopped working.

No Charging equipment
The battery on my speaker died and it did not come with any way to recharge it. so now it is just an expensive paperweight.

Great piece of kit
Brilliant pice of kit sound quality is fantastic especially withe app you can customise the sound
build quality is very good too battery last a good while souround sound with other speakers are great

Excellent performance
Bought a couple of weeks ago already having two of the Go 4’s. Really pleased with the performance and battery life and a fan of the tactile nature of the casing. The sound quality is excellent and the only thing I’m not keen on is the pictographic instructions.

Amazing Speaker
I spent time researching which was the portable best speaker and came up with the Flip 7. I've had it about 3 weeks and it lives up to the hype. It replaced a Sony speaker and is light years ahead. Amazing speaker, amazing sound, deep bass. Excellent

JBL 7
my Flip 4 battery finally wore out. Looked at how to replace it, and found I would have to dismanel the entire unit. Chose to get the Flip 7, and it is excellent.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Here are some steps that may fix the charging issue. Initiate a power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source. Use a different charging cable, power adapter, and, while it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet. Also, sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.

Personalized Flip 7
Unfortunately the speaker has a very unpleasant odor, perhaps from the personalized printing. Have not used it due to the odor, have had to leave it in the garage hoping that it will dissipate. So far not yet.
I appreciate the option of personalization, however the odor is just not tolerable.
I would return it if possible for just a standard model.

Would recommend
Bought this about a month ago and so far it’s been good! It’s small so will be easy to travel with and didn’t take up too much counter space. It’s easy to connect via Bluetooth and has better than decent sound!

Great sound!
