45min playtime, not 16hr !!!
Bought 2 of these last wee. It's built well, and sounds good. But the battery is horrible. Lucky to get 45 minutes of use unless plugged in. Is it possible to replace the battery?

Great sound custom design is flawed.
Bought this at the beginning of the month. Was very happy with the look and sound of the speaker. Unfortunately after less than a month with little use the design I picked is coming off the speaker. Classic JBL sound, on the go!

I’m emotionally recovering…
Great sound, but the colour (blue) in the pictures and the actual colour of the speaker couldn’t be more different… It’s borderline criminal. The blue in the photos looked muted and modern; the real speaker looks like a children’s toy...

Under water for a week
I got the flip 7 in camo over the summer. I’m 53 and I take this thing everywhere. A few weeks ago I was in the woods moving a tree stand and listening to music. Well, long story short , I fell 18 ft and shattered every bone in my left leg. Music still playing. Fantastic little speaker!
I bought this speaker for my hubby's birthday and he is over the moon with it! The sound quality is outstanding and the compact size makes it easy to transport wherever we go.

No battery life
The battery life doesn’t even last for 4 hours. I loved my jbl 5 but it broke so replaced it with the 7 and it was a downgrade for sure.

Thanks for your feedback on our JBL Flip 7. The published up-to-playtime is the maximum battery time you will get when listening at background levels. As you turn up the volume, the playtime will be reduced, much like a phone battery when you brighten the screen. The same goes for source material. Music with more bass will also reduce playtime. It is possible that the battery is working correctly, but depletes more quickly when the volume is very loud and/or the bass has been boosted. Please try to charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boost, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to-playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. Please contact us for further assistance.

Flipping out over the Flip7
The Flip7 is everything I've wanted in a portable speaker and more. The quality of the sounds, the ease of use and transportation and the colours it comes in makes it attractive to one and all. For its size the sounds that comes out of it is excellent and its material means you aren't worried about where you take it.
Only downside is that it doesn't come with a charging...

Quality sound, great bass, highly recommend
I love my JBL Flip 7!!
Compact will packing plenty of clear sound, great bass and plenty of volume.
Its been great when ive been on the road prepping for Dj sets, super quick and easy to connect.
Made the best choice, bonus carabiner to clip onto my bag.

Minden jó és erős, egy probléma van, de az tényleg zavaró, hogy túl kevés a hangerő szabályozó lépcső.
A duplája lenne ideális szerintem.

Great Speaker
Great little speaker. Unimaginable it does not come with its own charging cord! Never purchased a product/laptop/phone/speaker etc that did not have its own charging cord. I have multiple charging cords and non fit this speaker. Was told by their support team to walk into a retailer with the speaker to get some assistance to purchase a cord. Really? Would have given a 5...

Thanks for your feedback. To minimize e-waste, we consciously choose not to include a charging cable in our packaging. You can use any standard USB-C cable to charge your JBL Flip 7, as well as a power adapter compliant with the USB-C standard. Past products already have standardized USB-C cables, which can be reused for new products.
