Check your model number, 8k received
Ordered a 10k BTU unit, received an 8k with a completely different model number, which is available for far less than the 10k unit. Now I'm left trying to get a "replacement" and hoping that the unit I receive will actually be what I ordered 2+ weeks ago, which I'm not optimistic about. What a bummer
