For a first time user the instructions for installing the ink were unsatisfactory. I had a friend, who has had an hp printer for a long time, come to my house to show me how. It involves forcefully shoving the ink forward.

Printer ink to finish my taxes
Staff made a special effort to get this ink for me. The ink was not available in the section where these inks were located. But they got everything I needed. And, of course, they work as they work as they should. Couldn’t be happier! Was working on an important project (my taxes)so the quick service was especially appreciated!

Never again...completely over HP apologies...never lasts more than 30-40 then "out of ink....be warned, as expected better from HP!!

Does not last long enough.

I am satisfied with this purchase. Size 68 cartridges aren't available at other area stores so I'm glad Staples has them. I wish they lasted longer. I try to be careful about not printing large amounts of anything to make them last longer.
