New defective cartridge
1st one purchased in store was defective. Spent several hours with tech support on-line- very frustrating. Was then told to return it, which I did return to Staples store. Received a replacement at no cost. Store personnel at the Niles, Ohio store couldn't have been nicer. Was replaced by the next day (shipped to home at no cost)

Order and delivery oricess
I wanted to order and was willing to pick up the hp134a cartridge at the Torrance store. No hurry. But pick up I believe was not an option -- think all of the pick up options are within one hour and this store does not do one hour pick ups. I was hoping to save Staples some costs by picking up but I ended up choosing delivery.

Very Good Quality
This offers very good quality but I have yet to see 2 400 pages per cartridge.

Great Toner/Great Store
This HP toner is the only toner I will use in my HP printer because I can depend on the quality. I have tried compatibles but I am sticking with HP. Staples processed and shipped my order quickly. Can't ask for better service.

Toner purchase
Was on monthly purchase plan with HP. Bought a new home and tried to update address on HP Smart site. HP never delivered the toner and only refunded one months payment. They also informed me that they don’t support that toner on HP Smart anymore. Couple this with hours on hold talking with multiple answering desk people from foreign lands…..I will avoid HP at all cost ...

Great System
It was easy to find at the local Staples store. But "Kaden" was helpful in exchanging the used toner for the new one including getting ready the rebate. As a low-volume user knowing the excellent quality will remain consistent is reassuring. Actual removal and inserting of the replacement couldn't have been easier.
