Nothing but grief. Trying to get the new printer to talk to my devices via the HP Smart app has been hopeless. Sometimes the device will say the printer is “ready” but the app will say it was “offline”. It seems the app (or my devices?) can’t “forget” my former HP printer and so I keep getting mixed messages. Sometimes I am told the printer is offline and yet 10 minutes...

The prices seemed to have gone up, while the amount of toner seems to have decreased! I’m printing less and replacing cartridges sooner!

The HP 134A cartridge is easy to remove and install a new one. Printing is very clear.

HP’s Anti-competitive Business Model Displeases Me

Number of copies not accurate.
Purchased the high yield toner based on the number of copies it says it will produce. I am lucky if I get half the amount of printing from one cartridge. The printer was purchased for home use and school. Would have rather purchased a more expensive printer that could handle more copies without having to replace toner so often.
