Stopped Working Before a Year — No Support from Cu

Poor quality, poor service
Bought in may, grinder stopped working in June. Company wants to have this sent back and repaired (estimate is 7 days shipping, 17 days repair), while we have to .. but coffee?! Buy new machine???! Great Espresso Machine
My wife gave this machine for Christmas. I have wanted one for several years. After a short but fun learning curve, and trying several different brands of freshly roasted beans, I am making the best tasting espresso drinks ever. I love it!

Poor performance
I've had two The first one the boiler broke The second one the grinder stopped working even though I got new bur and then the boiler broke be aware. Plus when they replace it and it's under warranty they only give you a refurbished unit

Great coffee but leaves a mess
Makes great coffee but also makes a mess. Large gap between the grinder and the dosing and tamping guide allows the grinds to shoot out onto the machine and the counter.

I will give less than o, the machine sometimes did not turn on, I had to unplugged and plug it again, I had to pay 66 dollars to returned it, never ever again I will buy from delonghi again

Leaks and Doesn’t Last.
I purchased from Delonghi 2 years ago and had issues with the machine leaking after 18 months, they sent it to a repair shop to get fixed, another 7 months after that it began leaking again. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I bought this machine ~3 weeks ago. It never worked out of box. They are requiring me to pay to return the espresso machine. The communication has been pathetic to say the least. I'm sure they will respond with another automated message explaining they are sorry. Don't buy from them, they are truly a dysfunctional mess.

Didnt work first time I used it
Product is defective steam wand doesnt work. Plugged the machine in for the first time and wasnt able to get steam or plain hot water ti come out of the steam wand.
