Wife hates it
Bought this for my wife as a Christmas present and she says she is having a lot of trouble with the attachments not fitting properly and cannot make it do what she needs it to due to the design.

Water Dripping and Power Button not the best
I really want to love this machine but it's been dripping water under the machine making a puddle of water since we got it and not sure what the problem is, ): contacting CS. Another thing I find being an issue is the power button, I have to push it a few times to get it to work, it can be frustrating.

So far so good
I bought this for my husband for Christmas! I’m only giving it 4 stars because he just started setting it up, so we aren’t really sure how it works yet! He did use the grinder and it was quiet compared to other grinders we’ve used, which is a huge plus. Overall look is really sleek and looks nice sitting on my counter!

Wanted to Love It
Iv heard such amazing things about this machine, but just after 3 uses I already have to descale it which includes ordering a specific liquid. Pretty frustrating after only a couple of uses.

Good machine
Good espresso with freedom of choosing coffee no recurring cost of pods or sachet but the frother is not doing its work I don’t know if it’s something that I m not getting or it’s just not up to the mark

Espresso like at home (Italy)
This machine makes great espresso. It takes a little of try and error but the results are worth the effort. As an Italian in US, I do feel like I’m having “caffè e cappuccino come al bar”.
