Home coffee upgrade
Love this machine! I've never had one that grinds beans on demand so the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. So many options to customize your cup of coffee, and the difference between the taste of the coffee from this machine and my Ninja is definitely noticeable (this one is better!). The machine is a little noisy but worth it for the coffee.

Excellent coffee, messy design!
Excellent concept and great tasting coffee but a horrible design. This product is designed for self cleaning between brews yet it's poor design makes it extremely messy after every brew. It leaks inside and after just a few brews will start pouring out on the counter. Every 2 or 3 days it needs to be completely broken down and cleaned due to mold growth inside. I wish t...

Fickle friend
This machine is beautiful and makes great coffee when it works, but MAN! This thing is so fickle. I have had to call support so many times, thankfully they are great but higher maintenance than my marriage.

Great Coffee Maker with Grinder
Just love this coffee maker!! It makes a great cup of coffee. Is so easy to clean, by pulling out the front and emptying the 2 containers; one with water and the other with the grinds. I like after making coffee, how it does a rinse after sitting for a bit. Coffee flavor is very consistent. I also like the selection of different size cups of coffee.

State of the Art Coffee Maker!
This coffee maker truly does it all! You can select the strength, grind your beans, preset a timer, and even make espresso and iced coffee! This is a powerhouse of a machine, durable and high quality. This truly is above and beyond any coffee maker that I have ever owned!

Cumbersome cleaning / infuser stuck
I've had this now for 2.5 years. My first review was excellent. After repeated use over the past 2.5 years, I am changing my review. The cleaning process is cumbersome. Good coffee machine
I would recommend this coffee maker if you like drip coffee. I like that it uses whole beans and has the grinder built in. It’s easy to use even if you don’t have a lot of experience making coffee

Best Coffee Maker Ever
I absolutely love this coffee maker. I feel like I’m at a hotel or something every time I use it, it’ll grind up the beans and give you any size coffee SO quickly!!! The cleaning maintenance isn’t too bad. I don’t feel like I have to start prepping pots of coffee before having guests, because they can grab a cup in less than a minute or two!!

Good coffee and easy to use but noisy and hard to
The coffee this machine produces is pretty good. It is very easy to use. The design looks pretty nice and the built-in grinder is a godsend at lifesaver however, it is a little bit too loud for the price. It is kind of a lot. The water tank size could be bigger and cleaning. It is kind of a pain in the rear.

Incredible!
The De’Longhi TrueBrew Automatic is the best coffee machine I’ve owned to date! It’s an easy way to get fresh coffee, from ground beans, in minutes. Literal coffee shop quality (and in my opinion, often better) drinks in your kitchen whenever you want. We’ve been using it mainly to make Americanos, iced coffee, and espresso, and it’s AWESOME.

Quality "coffee shop" tasting coffee in the comfor
The first thing I noticed when I took the coffee maker out of the box is how heavy and well-built it is. It does take up quite a bit of room on your counter, so you need to make sure you have enough space. It does look great, though. It was very simple to set up using the provided instructions.
