I think there is something really wrong with this machine. Too many people are complaining of the same thing. The leaks, grounds everywhere and sometimes it brews and sometimes it just wastes the coffee beans and no coffee comes out. I should've listen to the 1-star reviews
We bought less than 2 months ago and now the machine is unusable. It gives us the death red triangle, absolutly unacceptable for a $600 coffee machine!
Cannot get my money back, only option is to ship it at my own cost (!!!) and have it refurbished or replaced by a refurbished machine...

Makes great coffee but…
Makes a great cup of coffee. The only complaint I have is that the machine needs to be cleaned after every three cups of brewing. The water reserve and grounds container fills up quickly. It is a bit of an inconvenience.

Worst coffee maker I have EVER owned. Not worth the price. I wouldn’t even recommend it if the price was $10. It’s a mess, it needs to be deep cleaned after every use or it gets mould inside. The Delonghi Truebrew is the worst coffee maker I’ve ever owned. The coffee tastes horrible! Regardless of the beans I use or the settings I choose the coffee never tastes good. Delicious coffee!
Delicious coffee, I love the by pass for pre ground coffee because I drink decaf and my husband has caf ( the beans). Wish the little red receptacle was bigger (inside the machine) it fills faster than the coffee ground receptacle. Excellent overall, it must be cleaned once a day for sure!

Support is awful
Had it for 6 weeks, worked great. Then it died. I tried multiple outlets but it was dead. Even though I had registered my product online, it took another week for support to "verify" I legit bought it from the website and then required me to produce a video proving I wasn't lying about the problem. Very disappointed!!
I bought this machine as a Christmas gift for my wife and myself. Right away there were issues. One issue is the brew sizes. I have a 10 oz Yeti cup and when we brew on the 16 oz size it does not even fill up the 10 oz cup. This goes for all the sizes. Amazing coffee with so much versatility
I absolutely LOVE this machine! Such versatility and amazing coffee every time. I love the ability to use beans or ground coffee, as I will drink one cup caffeinated with fresh beans then a second cup of ground decaf. Great fresh coffee machine!
What a great coffee machine- it makes various cup sizes, different strengths and it grinds fresh beans for every cup. Only negatives are the small water container and it needs to be emptied often.

Stopped working after 2 months.
Purchased from Crate & Barrel on 12/15/24. On 2/19/25 the machine stopped working. It powered on for a minute and then shut off. Will not turn back on (power to outlet is confirmed and tried other outlets). Great ground one cup coffee !

A lot of money spent for a mess
This product was expensive but the brand was reputable so I purchased it. This machine has been nothing but a headache. A lot of mess for a cup of coffee. The inner part gets stuck and it requires a lot of effort to clean. If I could, I would request a refund.
