Great features but poor structural design
I really wanted to love this bag because I was looking for one with two water bottle holders. The structural design is very poor and is not very sturdy at all. The walls collapse instead of standing straight or upward. I’ve had the bag for three weeks now and will end up tossing it. The strap also squeaks when worn on your shoulder and walking. Very disappointed.

Spacious Quality

I love the durability of this bag,

BUYER BEWARE: I feel like this bag was built upside down. The Bentgo box should be placed on the bottom with the option for additional storage on top. Great size for all day!
I have not actually used this yet, so I'm not sure how it will work as far as keeping my lunch cold, but it looks well made and don't expect any issues. Love love love!
The perfect bag!! I’m at work typically from 7am - 5pm, so I needed a bag that could fit my breakfast, lunch, and snacks. This one is great! My food stays cold, the top compartment is great for snacks, and it fits everything you could need.

Squeaky Bag
I had higher expectations for this bag. The plastic joints for the strap squeak when walking. Spraying the plastic with a dry lubricant improved the squeaking, but I am not sure how long term of a fix this is.

It’s great but not amazing
It’s great, has a los of space and ways to organize little things. It’s not easy to clean on the outside… so mine has a grease spot from the first day. Other than that it’s great!

Bentgo multimeal bag & containers
Love the containers. My mother is 90 & on a special diet. I have to weigh all her food. These containers let me measure out her food, calculate what is in them, then freeze. Quick take out & thaw. The carry bag is great. When going out, I take containers with food & snack for her(also myself). Great products.

Didn't Hold Up to Light Use
I love the size of the bag and the multiple sections. However after using for only two weeks, I realized one of the side pockets (which I haven't used) is beginning to rip. The netting is ripping away from the elastic. While the bag obviously still works, it is disappointing that there is already damage after such a short time.

Versital and convenient
Great for holding bowls and large, flat containers and several small containers for many people or meals. I like all the compartments and places for ice packs, utensils and napkins. It keeps the food cold for many hours.

It’s ok
It is a nice bag, good size for long shifts. I am just mad at myself for not realizing the only way into the main compartment is through that front zipper, not on top like I assumed or would have wanted. Its hard to load and unload from that front door.

Roomy and easy to use/ carry
This lunch box has been a lifesaver for me. I was looking for a bigger bag that would hold both breakfast and lunch for me as a teacher and this lunchbox is perfect for that. The opening in front to get to the items is super convenient and the material is thick and insulated.
