As someone who has used multiple Ninja multi‑cookers in the past, your perspective carries a lot of weight, and it’s clear that this latest unit didn’t meet the level of performance or durability you’ve come to expect. Having a long, slow cook run too hot, especially for something like shredded brisket, can be incredibly disappointing, and early flaking on the pot’s coating or issues with how the pot fits into the base should never take away from the cooking experience you’re aiming for.
