UNSANITARY!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
I thought I loved this mixer until I realized it's impossible to actually clean! The immersion blender specifically. There is a rubber ring between the plastic bell and the metal shaft. I had been using this for over a year. Cleaning it with a good rinse and a soapy dish brush between uses. I took it from the dish rack to put away and noticed some greasy drip lines comi...

I bought this for my daughter because she really wanted an immersion blender and she needed a new mixer and so it seemed like a win-win. It is SO INCREDIBLE! A must have
I bought this in July 2024. This is a very good buy. It’s being less than 2 weeks and have used the blender, the whisk and the whisk part for dough severally with no issues. If you are African and love your swallow aka Fufu, get this and you would be glad you did. I highly recommend

Overheats
I bought this a year or so ago and noticed everytime I use it for longer than 5 minutes, it overheats and has a burn smell. Sometimes even turns off and I'll have to wait for it to cool before turning it back on. Also when using turbo I usually hear a rattling sound. Compact and powerful
I bought this set a year ago, it came with no bowl. It still works without any problems. If something dense to blender, the handle is warm, but without odor. Amazing product
I bought this last year but it was not working properly. (Blades kept popping out) Since it was still covered under the 1 year warranty I called it in and received a replacement within a week. I love the product and the customer service!

I love how it's enterchangeable.

Fabulous blending
I bought this because my other brand stick blender fell apart. This is so much better than my original. I blended some chicken vegetable soup and in basically pureed it in less than 2 minutes. Incredible effectiveness. I can't wait to use all the parts to the system!

Horrible mixer
I got this for my birthday as a gift as I had been talking about it. I own multiple ninja products. After using I would not recommend this to a person who dies a lot of cake baking. I bought this immersion blender and came home and tried to use it to whisk egg whites and the whisk attachment fell apart sending sharp metal wires flying around as it spun. I got this for christmas bc I love the ninja products but a little disappointed by how heavy the mixer is. My hand gets tired super quickly. Wasn't expecting it to be so heavy.

Powerful
I was able to replace several appliances with this system and save storage space in my kitchen I used the mixer function to make my Christmas cookies and it's much more powerful than my Kitchen Aid hand mixer.
