Failed to deliver
I used it once and it didn’t work after. The 2nd time I tried to use it, it wouldn’t turn on and gave me an error code not listed in the manual. I called customer service and they were no help at all. The background noise was so bad I couldn’t hear the representative talk. In the end they hung up on me. I will never buy a Ninja / Shark product again.

Nice & compact!
Gets the job done. Like the features and air fryer. But why did ninja not put a tray pull out on the door, that’s a pain & my biggest complaint! When you open the door the toaster tray should pull out!

Limited life
The first one was great for 18 months, then the fan started making a terrible noise. So, maybe just bad luck. We bought a second one and 11 months later, bad fan noise again (at least I have a receipt)

Best space saver on the planet
Yes, due to lack of counter space this is the best Air fryer to have. Still able to make clobbers, bake potatoes, Ok and yes toast and bagels.

Works amazing, great features!
This is the ultimate toaster oven! I use this for almost everything! You can bake, toast, air fry and so much more! From toast to french fries, to chicken wings everything came out amazing! Best Ninja product i own to date! I love it so much! Highly recommend! Heats up to 450 in seconds! Amazing!

Great features but durability is a problem

My Husband's Favorite Kitchen Device

Bad experience
I purchased this August 13. Supposedly the delivery service was unable to deliver it August 28. I still haven't received my refund which was promised so I'm sitting here waiting for a refund for a gift that should've been delivered August 20. That delivery service is the worst? I've called and spoke to people. Already but nothing could be done.

Bad for toast
Oven aspect works okay, but toast will just burn the edges and not toast the middle. Pass if this is a combo unit for you.

Flip my oven!!
I bought the flip oven for my wife to use. She likes it, but you do need to be careful. It gets very hot!! I'm not allowed to use it, but I can look at it

Like Ninja products, not so much this one.
Bought a couple of weeks ago & not crazy about this product.
1) why can’t I stop the cooking when needed. It has to time out, otherwise the remaining time stays on. It’s as if the off is not working.
Also, do not like that the toasting rake doesn’t come out when the door opens.
2) doesn’t toast bread very well even on the highest setting. Am I doing something wrong? ...

Just bulky
I definitely don’t care for it. Better off with a regular toaster and a regular air fryer and get the point to flip up, but it’s just bulky in. It’s not worth it.

I bought the SP101 15 months ago and it worked really well for a until a few months ago. We used it daily for the toast/bagel functions and cleaned it regularly according to the instructions. Love this
I have two other Ninja flip toaster ovens and this is my third. I really like this one more than the other two. Only thing I wish this one had it where the back of it opens to get the rest of the crumbs out like the other two do. That is my only downfall on this.
