Won’t stay connected
Router works with tv and iPhone but will only stay connected to laptop for 5 minutes or less. Have replaced all cables and wires. Must restart install sequence to get router recognized even then will only stay connected for 5 minutes at a time. Speed is excellent but of no use if can’t stay connected.

Favorite Nighthawk Router
The NETGEAR - Nighthawk RS100 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router - Black is well worth the money. It was easy to setup with the Nighthawk app, the entire setup process took about 20 minutes with all the updates being done. I would recommend this router to anyone.

Easy to install
My Nighthawk wifi router was easy to install. All the setup was simple using just my phone. I live that I can can manage it anytime anywhere.

RS100
The setup for the router went realtively smoothly. The wifi connection seems to be stronger & faster than my old router. I did the initial setup with my laptop.

Okay router that was sorta of a downgrade
This newer router was supposedly the equivalent of my older model. I don't see how. I feel as though this was a downgrade. It doesn't have a 5G function and I've noticed my internet speeds have significantly slowed since this once was installed. Thank god I travel for work and don't have to deal with this much. Was using a competitors mesh system with backhauling with several nodes. RS700s was easy to install. The second one I placed on the second floorof the house on the opposing side as an AP. Easy set up
The old router was out dated, and decided to work parttime. It was a belkin router. I have have a netgear router and it does what its made to do. So when my mother-in-laws was acting up. I replaced it with a netgear nighthawk. I got a rs100 all she runs on it is alexa, ipad and tv. Works great, easy set up, and the most important thing! She is happy.

So Far So Good
This Wifi router speed takes advantage of my ISP plan to the max (400Mbps). I have a simple house hold so it fit my needs perfectly...so far anyway. Install was easy using the Nighthawk app. I'm not liking that the 30 day free trial for Netgears Armor Active security gets activated without my approval. Just another thing I'll have to take action on in the future.

Nighthawk RS100
This router replaced a previous Netgear router.
Setup was a breeze and when it was completed, I was able to customize my settings easily. Hopefully this router lasts a long time...

So far so good
It's still early but: Installation was easy, the app is responsive and informative, and the Nighthawk has been working perfectly. A bonus is that our big screen, 4k, Sony TV is connected via WiFi!
So far, so good. Time will tell however how great the Nighthawk is compared to our old time tested Orbi.

Excellent
Black with blinky white lites can see better that it’s working. My other router was pink color hated it bought it at swap meet.
