Stay away
I had the previous model and it worked without a twitch for years. I just got this a couple of weeks ago and it continues to disconnect and have issues. Stay away.

Did not work for our home
The router would not sync the Wi-Fi on anything in our house. It lit up like it was putting out a signal but nothing worked after putting in the system ID and password.

Very good coverage and easy to set up.
The WiFi router was easy to set up and is providing excellent connectivity in the entire house (two story colonial). We have not encountered any bandwidth issues even with 13 devices operating concurrently.

Great little router
The RS 100 router was easy to set up and works well. I have no need for a more expensive router. This one can handle home needs such as a couple of phones, computers and smart TV’s.

Caution with older network devices.
All of the devices in my house were able to connect to the Wi-Fi 7 router, except my older desktop computer. Wired or wireless the desktop would not connect. Performed the normal updates to router , still no success. My workaround was to hardwire connect old Netgear router to new Wi-Fi router. At least my desktop can connect wirelessly. Updates to keep secure
My old nighthawk router serves me flawlessly for more years than I can remember - but reached EOL. It was time to replace as I require latest in security.
Build quality on this new model appear good- I enjoy the simple shape- and that it takes less space- and install was easy.
I hope it lasts as long as the old one!

Not great but not bad
Netgear was great for giving me a special coupon as my previous router was no longer being supported. New router speeds and signal are the same as my previous router, potentially more internet drops with the new one. More to come.

Nighthawk WiFi 7 Router RS500, 12Gbps
After receiving the router, set-up was easy using the Nighthawk app. The broadcast range is an improvement our previous NetGear router. The 6GHz band is very fast for our WiFi 7 devices. I am pleased with the purchase.

Not the coverage as advertised.
Its coverage is not what I had with their prior products. I am a bit disappointed as though their expectations do not meet my expectations.Very minimal coverage for what is advertised. My prior NetHawak devices were far superior. A lot of money for what older Nethawk devises delivered previously. Not impressed!

Easy setup working well but beware of auto enroll
I setup this new router in about an hour. Turned out to be quite easy. I then repurposed my old NetGear router as an access point to extend wireless capability around my home. difficult
It was difficult to set up. Downloaded app; began the process by unplugging old router. But without internet, how can use the app? No printed instructions; the device just didn't go. 3 hours later, I had a work around using my laptop & cellphone.
It seemed that the first priority of the set up instructions was to sell a subscription.

Easy Install Process
The Nighthawk app made the setup of this router so easy. I’m an older adult and I was nervous about the process of installing the router but the app made it seamless.
