Coulda Gone Smoother
We're way out in the country and our phones are routed through our internet -- meaning; no router, no phone. So we had to record instructions while still connected, then rig up an ethernet connection (not straight forward with my laptop). Once the new router was connected to your site it all went well enough because your site has accommodations for those of us in the hi...

Poor performance and constant intermittent drops
I have been using this router now for about 3+ weeks. The performance and constant drops and lag is killing my work connections and having a lot of issues.

It does not support individual DNS setups for each Wifi setup and that is very annoying.

I would like to return this equipment for a full refund.

Thank you!

Performs well
The router is working consistently without issues. The setup was a little problematic as the instructions did not say that both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands would be under the same name in Wifi7. Our previous Netgear router had them separate, so all our devices were still set up for two different networks. Also the Nighthawk app seems a little inconsistent performance-...

Good but one flaw
Requires an online account to set up instead of basic plug and play which would be more appropriate

Excellent WiFi connectivity with the RS200
Netgear RS200 is an excellent choice for WiFi , no longer having connection problems and steaming 3 tvs in house with no issues. I even discovered that I no longer need the extender that I needed to reach other parts of home.

Coverage is weaker
Signal strength is weaker than my Netgear 2400 that I was using that they stopped supporting.

RS 150 returned
I have always trusted netgear as a product. The only reason I upgraded to a WiFi 7 router was due to net gear no longer providing firmware updates to my current nighthawk router. Unfortunately I reconnected the RS 150 night hawk which caused a ton of stress. The reach of a 1500 sq feet had trouble penetrating walls. I purchased a net gear extender which had its own prob...

Passable
A little disappointed that the email ability to send Acivity Log is no longer available. The overall screens when logging into the router are a disappointment the way the screen is disaplayed, a rather sickly generic screen. The old formats were a lot more energetic and appealing.

Requires an extender
Check online for reviews and issues. Ours kept cutting WiFi off and on until I disabled the Protection feature, which shouldn’t have to be the case. Also, I had a mesh product before and was much better than a standalone. I have to buy an extender to make it work in our house. Overall not thrilled with the price point for the amount of troubleshooting it needed.

Keeps dropping WiFi devices
First thing is that their support keeps timing out and then I have to start over with another agent. Really frustrating. Of course, they point to my ISP and my ISP says nothing wrong. Network runs fine after a reboot and sometime within a day devices drop. Some come back but sometime none do. The hard wired devices are fine. I replaced a perfectly fine Netgear router be...

New Style Netgear Routers!
The new series of Netgear routers combine a bunch of new and strong features that boost router signal strength to meet many household needs at great price points based on your budget and square feet requirements! I also appreciate the new design styles that don’t have the protruding antennas of the past. I am pleased with our purchase and have already noticed the faster...

App needs work!
Router works great! App is terrible. Keeps locking up. I have to delete the app and reinstall it and take my chances that it will work. After many tries, I get it to work but as soon as I try to make a change it crashes again.
