Great replacement of a smart watch
I have worn a smart watch for close to 8 years. Switiching to the ring has been a great chance to "unplug" a bit more as I no longer get the notifications buzzing on my wrist anymore. I still get the health tracking, but with less distraction. I also get to wear all of my older regular watches that have been sitting idle for so long.

Response from Staples :
Good day MJ888,
Thanks for reaching out to share your feedback with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+ which is similar to an extended warranty and an insurance package combined. It can provide protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It could cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ truly offers you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. To prevent damage to your device, avoid wearing other metal rings on the same or adjacent fingers, and remove the ring when handling heavy, hard, or abrasive objects. Please feel free to contact Samsung Support afterward if you have any questions or if you would like any further assistance after reviewing the resources provided. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer.

Not worth the hype
The ring is not worth the price. Battery life is low. Especially, considering I only use it to monitor my heart rate. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but at that price point, battery life, and what it actually does for me, 3 is the best I can do.

Prefer this over my Ultra Watch
I have had an Ultra Watch for almost a year and I could not get myself to sleep with it on. The ring lasts long enough and is not a bother. I can finally get good sleep tracking and daily stats to look at. Now I can wear a normal watch, will buy again, hopefully they come out with better/more color options.

Nice with few flaws
I like it very much. It has a decent battery life, and the sleep feedback is helpful. The UI for metrics could be simplified. Samsung Health integration is a mess. The double pinch for taking pictures or turning off the clock sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. You have to do it very hard to make it work, which kind of ruins the purpose of convenience.

Horrendous Battery for the cost
The ring is cool and all, and worked great for 10 months. Then it was like hitting a wall. The battery went from lasting 4-5 days, to lasting about 20 hours on a full charge if I'm lucky. For that much money, I feel ripped off. For example, yesterday I fully charged my ring and put it on around 12pm, and it died at 4:19 AM.
