After one year the battery hardly lasts 24 hours. It provides very little insights and ddefinitely a waste of money. It will now just go to the e-waste pile.

Good day Pirahna, Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us about your experience using your Samsung Galaxy Ring. The Galaxy Ring monitors sleep, activity, and heart rate, providing insights like an "Energy Score" in the Samsung Health app to gauge daily readiness, while also tracking blood oxygen, skin temperature, and offering women's health features like menstrual cycle prediction. Its sensors gather data for sleep stages, heart rate variability, steps, calories, and more. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. Take a look at the resources below to help resolve what you've described. Feel free to contact Samsung Support afterward if you would like further assistance. Great Idea but Bad Battery Design
Love the idea behind the product but I have had mine warranty replaced after just 7 months due to the battery only lasting 2 days. Now again after another 6 months the battery is down to lasting maybe 40 to 50 hours forcing me to recharge almost daily. Not even close to the 6 days it lasted when it was new. Now out of warranty I have an almost useless piece of tech I pa...

I love my ring. Sometimes my fingers swell and I have to switch to a different finger but I'm okay with it. It's a super thick ring so I sized for my first finger. It's been great. No regerts.

Great replacement of a smart watch
I have worn a smart watch for close to 8 years. Switiching to the ring has been a great chance to "unplug" a bit more as I no longer get the notifications buzzing on my wrist anymore. I still get the health tracking, but with less distraction. I also get to wear all of my older regular watches that have been sitting idle for so long.

Not worth the hype
The ring is not worth the price. Battery life is low. Especially, considering I only use it to monitor my heart rate. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but at that price point, battery life, and what it actually does for me, 3 is the best I can do.

Prefer this over my Ultra Watch
I have had an Ultra Watch for almost a year and I could not get myself to sleep with it on. The ring lasts long enough and is not a bother. I can finally get good sleep tracking and daily stats to look at. Now I can wear a normal watch, will buy again, hopefully they come out with better/more color options.
