They do not care about their customers
Let me just start with. I have been a loyal customer of cricut for over 5. Never once have I attempted to make a return or call customer service to complain. However, today has changed my opinion with cricut forever. I, like many other crafters, have invested thousands of dollars into my cricket.

Upgrade Machine
I like the upgrades to this machine. I am surprised that it still needs a deep cut housing for some items. It is very fast.

Trouble with Bluetooth
I have had an Explore Air 2, but recently purchased an Explore Air 4. The 2 was great, no issues. The 4, however, will not connect to Bluetooth on my laptop, or rather it connects but within 2-3 seconds it disconnects. If I use the cord to connect the machine works fine, and is much faster than the 2.

Great Machine and Support.
I bought an Explore 4 to replace my old Explore Air 2. I really enjoy the new machine, but initially I did have issues with it. I received the machine eight days from the purchase date. Very good machine
I really love the cricut. I created a beautiful album for my daughter’s wedding. I just have two things for product improvement that made things a little frustrating. Get the Explore 4!
I upgraded from an Explore Air 2 to the Explore 4 and the difference is real! It has helped me be so much more efficient in my crafts and small business. Thank you Cricut for always greatly improving your products. I love the Explore 4!

Locker tags are a snap
I teach kindergarten and I love my new cricut explore 4. It is so fast I was able to make 60 fancy locker tags in no time at all.

Faster Than My Ecplore 2
Explore 4 is definitely faster than my old Explore 2. I haven’t tried the smart materials yet but they sound much easier.

Impressive machine, love it!
A great machine, it cuts so quickly I was very impressed! It is so versatile, cutting many materials. I really liked the fact that I could put my surface on the little shelf on the machine for easy use. I would definitely recommend.

Better than a Joy
Great machine, sometimes the software Design Space takes a while to connect either Bluetooth or USB.

Nice Machine!
Great machine for everything I want to do. Id given it 5 stars but for the calibration. I cant get it to calibrate just right. Its still amazing and Im happy with my purchase.
