They do not care about their customers
Let me just start with. I have been a loyal customer of cricut for over 5. Never once have I attempted to make a return or call customer service to complain. However, today has changed my opinion with cricut forever. I, like many other crafters, have invested thousands of dollars into my cricket.

Impressive machine, love it!
A great machine, it cuts so quickly I was very impressed! It is so versatile, cutting many materials. I really liked the fact that I could put my surface on the little shelf on the machine for easy use. I would definitely recommend.

Better than a Joy
Great machine, sometimes the software Design Space takes a while to connect either Bluetooth or USB.

Nice Machine!
Great machine for everything I want to do. Id given it 5 stars but for the calibration. I cant get it to calibrate just right. Its still amazing and Im happy with my purchase.

Love it!
Love my new baby, so fast. I named her Pearl Pureheart, a match to my computer Mighty Mouse. Pearl is fast and accurate & just so pretty! A vast improvement over my first explore.

Miss the old dial. Too many "errors"
I cannot choose the depth of the cut. I miss the dial I had in my old machine. The machine stalls on me and reads "fatal error" often. I've ruined a few nice pieces of card stock.

Great product.
This new Cricut Explore is fantastic. It does cut faster and very accurate. This is my 3rd Cricut and I am not disappointed.

Cricut Explore Air 4
I gave 5 stars because this is the fastest and most efficient machine 8 have used yet! As much as I loved my Explore Air 2, the 4 makes it look like a Dino! 😂. I'm sure it could use some twee king down the road, but at this point, this is my favorite cutting machine. I highly recommend this one! 👍

Expected a setup process with less hassle
Still haven’t been able to make a product. We couldn’t calibrate it using our Mac M3, so had to calibrate it on an M2 iPad. However, the AirPrint function on iPad works over WiFi and the circuit is Bluetooth, so I couldn’t actually send anything from my iPad to the Cricut. But since the Cricut was already calibrated, we connected it back to the M3 to print. Anyway, the ...

Great machine
Luv this machine! Way faster than my old one! Very happy I got this one!
The only thing I noticed is there was no magnetic strip for the blades in the storage tray

Perfect Gift

Good cutter, embarrassing software and greedy prac
I bought the Cricut machine to replace the silhouette cutter I had because I heard it cut better. While the Cricut machine does appear to be superior to the Silhouette machine the Cricut software is pathetic and having to use only Cricut materials is a ridiculous, greedy cash grab. Amazing!
This machine is lightning fast! I have an Explore 3 also. I ran the same design with both machines. The 4 really is 2X faster. I do a lot of intricate cutting with cardstock and this machine is an absolute dream to work with. It’s well worth the money.

Awesome upgrade
Super fast. Still new to the craft but this machine was easy and fast to setup. I have a Joy Plus, also easy to setup and use but the speed of the 4, is comparing family van to sports car.
