Disappointed
I've had the chair less than a month and the massage and heat malfunctions and runs continuously. Haven't heard back from the company after one week, so I'll have to see what happens.

Not great
I have back issues. I brought this chair because it had massage and heat options. I options on stay on for 10 - 12 minutes. There is no heat just massage but no way to extend time. It doesn’t have long enough leg support. Really disappointed.

At least as comfy as my old one was
My old chair was wearing out, and I received a deal on this new one. I like having the adjustable arm rests. Have not plugged in the massage and heat yet, I don't need another cord to trip over. This chair is at least as comfy as my old one was.

True ergonomic
This office chair has leather-like texture. It's very comfortable to sit on, good lumber support. It's smooth swivel, no noise.
Additionally, it can message after plugging in to the power outlet. Definitely good stuff for people who need to work for long hours on a chair.

Good product!
This ergonomic electronic massage chair is really cool. It’s easy to install and highly practical. I often suffer from back pain, so lie down on this chair for a massage really makes me feel relaxed. It can also be used as an ergonomic gaming chair, allowing me to play games while getting a massage. It’s really a great choice, I strongly recommend everyone to get it.

Better than I expected

Not worth the price
the chair tilts forward which makes you feel like your going to fall out, the parts were taped in packaging and some where just loos which means that chair was previously purchased and brought back for some reason or another, the heat is not noticeable and vibration is only on certain areas of the chair.

Nice looking, not comfortable
I am not that picky when it comes to chairs - I need lumbar support, I want some customization on height and tilt, and I need to be able to sit in it for a full work-day, if needed.

A Nice Sturdy Office Chair
We had been looking for new, sturdy, office chairs. These are definitely a cut above. They are rated for 400 pounds and although we don't weigh that much, it seems that they are indeed accurately rated.

Worth the money
Great office chair. Very strong sturdy well built. Heating element is perfect from those who suffer from lower back pain. The massaging element is wonderful along with heat makes your office day sitting in chair almost stress free. To bad it didn’t come with office idiot repellent.

Perfect chair for chronic pain!
