Great flavors
I loved out Nespresso vertuo, very easy to use, all coffees come smooth and creamy! The drink temperature is right and the machine itself is very durable and easy to use! Great coffee maker to use for different flavors too

Temperamental, a pain in the butt.
This is the worst machine I've owned. Had trouble since the start. Had trouble since the start. It doesn't fill up the mug to the level it should. Tried everything to fix it including resetting etc. It's now in the rubbish bin. I do not recommend.

Good machine , sometimes taste is off
The pods for this are an okay price. They are easy to make with the machine. Sometimes to watery or burnt. Temp is good. It would be easier to be able to get more.options in store.

Love my nespresso
Nespresso is by far our favorite coffee maker. The coffee comes out with the foam just like a manual nespresso machine, but with no extra work. They’re coffee flavors are delicious, rich and with bold flavors.

I’ve been using this product for about two weeks when the problem started: roughly one out of every two or three capsules doesn’t brew properly. Descaling process way too confusing
I like the machine but the instructions given to descale do NOT work! I had to go online to get instructions that actually worked. I wish the descaling process was simpler like Keurig machines. I can’t understand why there’s so many multiple steps that you can never remember. Please make descaling simple or give better instructions!

Do not buy, invest in something else.
Bought this model and it was such a disappointment. Randomly stops working, randomly leaks, randomly runs. Does not seem to follow the instructions provided with the machine. Wasted sooooo many pods on ‘failed’ brews due to machine malfunction. Waste of money.

5 year life span.
I received this as a gift about 5 years ago, it just died. I spoke to a technical specialist, they said it was an electrical issue and could not be fixed. I then spoke to a supervisor who said, "That is an appropriate life span for this machine. We do have other (more expensive) machines which last longer." He offered me a discount towards the purchase of a new machine....

If you're shopping for a Nespresso machine do NOT buy this one. I've gone through two Vertuo Next machines in a three year span and both have stopped working due to a mechanical water pump issue. Très déçu de cette machine. Fermeture nécessite d’appliquer de la force. Pas de créma persistante, disparaît au bout de quelques minutes. Café pas assez chaud. Le résultat ressemble à un café filtre (au prix de Nespresso…). Plastique fragile.

Not as good as my older machine
Sadly dissapoointed with the new machine, it feels like its gone backwards from my last machine which I loved.
Water container is smaller, empty capsule holder is smaller and capsules spill out everywhere when you pull out. Even the lock system is not as easy as last machine its stiff and for some reason some capsules you have to be pretty rough to shut it and lock it....

DO NOT BUY!!!!
Great machine when it works. Rejects about 20% of the pods without really telling you why (other than red blinking light). In the 6+ months I’ve owned the machine I have not been able to pair it with my iPhone - horrible user experience. You’d think Nespresso would be more attentative to what machines they put their money on.

Love Nespresso not this machine
We love Nespresso and have purchased many machines for our home and cottage however the design of this model is awful. The lock on/off lever is very stiff and the design of the used Nespresso pod case is awful.
