Beware cautious
I bought a Nespresso next and was getting grounds deposited into my coffee every brew despite cleaning. I was sent a replacement machine that ended up being even worse than my brand new machine. Ultimately returned it and got a different version. A lot happier now with no grounds in my coffee

Satisfying many taste profiles!
This is a perfect coffee machine for a small office. I am impressed by the large range of coffee roasts and "intensity". There is quite a difference between the four I have tried so far. They all brew with a good amount of crema, which is superior to any Keurig cup of coffee, and gets much closer to a good coffee shop cup o'Joe.

Great machine!
I bought this to replace a similar machine that we used many times a day for over 4 years. This machine has a cold brew feature that our older model didn’t have and it’s terrific. Love having the ability to brew both ways!

Awesome coffee machine!
I bought this machine earlier this month and have enjoyed it immensely. I especially like the feature of being able to adjust the output volume for various Nespresso capsules.

Italian style espresso
I purchased my first Nespresso 4yrs ago and now have one in the RV. Wake every morning to sip my Chiaro. New Sweet Almond and Hibiscus is really great.

Great Products
I had a Nespresso coffee at my daughter’s home during Thanksgiving and enjoyed it. She encouraged me to get one so I ordered my Vertuo Next and several sleeves of different coffees and espressos. To put it mildly, I am “addicted.” I love everything I have tried and I look forward to ordering again soon.

Bold coffee. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Bitter, like any good coffee should be (then again that somebody who loves their coffee strong). I love that even if you add milk , you can still taste the coffee. 5/5!
