Leaked straight out of the box
Bought this brand new as our Evoluo finally succumbed to the bearing ring. Straight out of the box, the Next leaked nearly the entire tank even after being reseated and inspected. Faulty from the box. Now we busy professionals need to return the Next and determine which machine has the least number of problems and best longevity. Expected more from Nespresso.

Fussy and Not Well Built.
This is my 3rd Nespresso machine and the worst one so far. My last machine stopped making espresso, and there were issues with the lid sticking. I fully expected the Vertuo Next to be an upgrade, but it feels cheap and it’s difficult to close and lock the lid. The crema is not as creamy, but at least it makes espresso. Make your dream morning coffee
My husband gifted me this machine a year ago. I have used it so much ever since i got it. Im able to use it to make delicious coffees. Its an easy way to have espresso in your daily coffee.

Compact size, sturdy build, fast brewing, and supp
The nespresso VertoPlus Deluxe has a compact size that fits perfectly on my counter , yet it feels very sturdy and well built It brews quickly , support multiple cup sizes , and is extremely easy to use. The functionality is smooth and convenient making great coffee in seconds

Perfect cup
Great machine perfect cup of coffee every time. Love the aerocinno have the option for hot and cold foam. I did get a sample of the pods with my purchase and the variety are endless they are very tasty and they also have seasonal flavors . Love it definitely recommend

Such a good investment in my house!!
I’m obsessed with this machine!! It’s helped me stay home and not get coffee from anywhere but make it at home myself!! It’s made it fun to create little espressos on my own!! Works amazing never had any issues with it and I’ve had it for couple years now! Definitely recommend!!

Best coffee/espresso machines for home & office.
Love our Vertuo Next. The best tasting coffee especially with the crema, variety of flavors & espressos! This is our second machine and bought the white with gold trim, it’s gorgeous.

Delicious Coffee!
This was purchased to replace our previous Nespresso. The color blue accentuates our kitchen. Having the Nespresso is like having your very own barista preparing your favorite coffee!

Love the foam! Love the look.
I experienced Nespresso in vacation with family over the holidays. I loved the taste, the foam, and this was with no creamer! I came home and purchased a Nespresso the following day. It’s been 3 weeks and still loving it! I replaced my Keurig.i purchased the Virtuo Next in cream with gold trim.

Not my favorite
I don’t like how the lid locks. It does not feel as well built as my other Nespresso coffee and espresso makers.

Disappointing and not long lived
I bought this machine about two years ago, have done regular maintenance, and don’t use it excessively, even going a week or two between uses at times. However, the number of times my machine has decided to break down is egregious. It should not be this difficult to maintain. It has fully stopped working just 2 months after my two year anniversary of getting the machine...
