Cannot log in
I have always had good luck but this year I keep getting the message about a server problem every time I try to log in. It says welcome back but it will not allow me to get into my documents. When I try to use the help, I cannot find the issues that I am having. And there is no phone number anywhere to call for tech support. Very frustrating.
