How hard is it to deliver a package to the correct address? This has happened before and now twice in the last couple of weeks, I did not receive the original order and now I have not received the replacement. The driver is taking a picture of the box so that I cannot see the surroundings of where it is being delivered. However it is not being delivered to my address. I...

XL does not last long
Although the cartridges function well, the XL does not last as long as the XL version for my previous Brother printer. The cartridges are expensive due to their limited capacity.

Runs out fast
It has good color. But the ink runs out fast. This ink is not cheap.

Good value in larger refill size
