Quality and value for money just not here
Received this as a gift for my birthday and was beyond excited as I already have R2D2 so this was the missing piece. Sadly as soon as I started the build I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the gold parts. My past are just covered in lines, which I'm sure are possible just from the mold but this isn't accurately shown on the box at all so I feel like you aren...

I have a great feeling about this...
This set is easily the best of the buildable characters and is about as perfect as one could imagine when hearing the words "brick-built C-3PO". Not to mention the perfect 3PO fig with dual-molded leg. Great set, fairly priced. A must for fans of our favorite sassy protocol droid.

Oh Dear, I Can Help
Loved this set. Wasn’t sure how solid it would be due to all the various angles and arm/head movement, but it was a fun impressive build. The various greys and chrome helped sell C-3POs various repairs over time. I wish the gold was a little more shiny but not a big deal. Some printed parts but also some stickers. Not too bad. Nice Addition to My Droid Collection
This model of C-3PO made a nice addition to my budding droid Collection. The inclusion of one silver lower leg was a nice tribute to the consistent mixed parts we see on 3PO in the movies. The technic pieces allow for some decent articulation. While he is not the burnished gold color as in real life, it is a pretty close match. Overall a fun little build.

Fragile Droid
Had to get 3P0 to go with R2D2, of course. He is quite large & fun to build, but not sturdy or stable when finished. Pieces of the base do not want to stay together. His head pops off quite easily, as well. This is the first lego set I've had that did not stand up to even moving him to a different spot so I am kind of bummed about it.

Adorable
I absolutely love C-3PO. This was gifted to me by my daughter for Mother's Day. I throughly enjoyed putting this set together. While building his arm I think a wrong piece was packed. I have put in an order for the missing piece. Lego is usually good about correcting that. Other than that, I LOVE IT!!!! I will definitely enjoy it for years to come!!!!

Awesome kit

Since I also have R2-D2, C-3PO look great together.
I'm impressed with the people that make these products, then put them in a direction book format with photos that make it easier to assemble. C-3PO's background color (grey) made it more difficult to follow the directions, especially under low light.

What am I supposed to write here?
I have every single of the other sets from this series. Yes very expensive, but also yes very awesome. Anyway this one was just like the rest, cool, looks nice, doesn’t fall over either.

Must have for Star Wars fan.
Already had R2D2 so definitely wanted this to go with. The base was a little wobbly but not bad. Overall I loved the build and think it's a great set. Especially to go along with R2. We'll worth the buy.
