This was a surprise gift and she was thrilled. She and I watched the movie as she built this and sang along with the movie. The set is quite a nod to the movie and has lots of fun details.

Upsetting
I was very excited for a Wicked set only to find out that it wasn’t the normal LEGO figures and the weirdly shaped ones. I don’t understand why there isn’t one out like almost every other LEGO set and they had to make a “girly version” This is definitely a bias on my end so I’ll look elsewhere where for a custom version

Great set and CUTE!
Love this set. It's very cute. Young builders will have no issue with this one. I was surprised that a smaller set like this, had several minifigs...very pleasantly surprised. Would recommend this. Other reviews complain about "bias" due to the minifigs not being regular minifigs and them being "girly"? Whatever. It matters not to me and this style minifig is actually m...

Electrifying Build and Fun to Reenact
The build for this Wicked set was really quite satisfying as it uses a lot of green pieces and unique pieces to create quirky architecture. Then add in a lot of minifigures it was fun to watch my nephews play and reenact their favorite moments from the Wicked movie.

Social Emotional
I created a lesson using the theme of Emerald City and its social emotional empact on individuals. The student loved the lesson because they were able to buid Emerald using the lego kit.

Welcome to the Emerald city
When I went to purchase, this item said back ordered. However I could still purchase it. This was not like previous back orders I have done, as normally I leave my email address, and they notify when product is back in. This time I could pay in advance. Isn’t this a pre order? It was confusing.

Stunning Build
Lego has outdone themselves with this set. I love all of the motifs and rounded edges. Its a really nice experience to build - satisfying and educational. Its very tall, taller than some of the castles my kids have. Although I wasnt sure about the mini dolls I think they suit the style of the build well. Definitely a must for fans.

Good build for a movie we are all excited for
I like this build, it looks close to what I think will be present in the movie. I like that they used Lego friends format minifigure over the standard lego minifig. Because the minifig cant really portray human proportions. I`m excited for this movie, I really like the music that I`ve heard so far. I saw wicked on broadway, its a good time.
