Surprisingly good quality for an audiophile
These have a surprisingly good audio quality for an audiophile like me. The bass is adequate without being over-powering. The highs sound good without being tinny. Classical music shines, jazz is exceptional, while rock can be a little distracting if you have the volume set too high.

Just what I needed
I can't use Bluetooth headsets on my work computer, so this is just what I needed. Plugged in the USB and they started working seamlessly. Sounds great for open ear and no issue with all day wear.

Best Shokz headphone for both work and play
I have own the first generation of the OpenComm headphones, so when I purchased the second generation version OpenComm UC with the Type-C USB dongle, I discovered the best pair for both Work & Play.

I use shokz nearly everyday on the farm. They make handling phone calls in tractors and semi trucks much easier and serve well for listening to music. They are durable and the quality is great

Highly recommend for remote work
This headset has clear sound, great microphone, and the open ear design doesn't trigger headaches like so many headphones do. Very light and easy to wear for hours

Exceptional, even for an exceptional product
My seventh(?) pair of Shokz (I started with AfterShokz Titanium years ago) and I am still consistenly impressed with the quality. This is my third pair of OpenComms, and I am more impressed with these than the previous two.
The battery life is extraordinary, and the ability now to pair with my PC and a phone at the same time is, for me, a game changer. No longer will I ...

Great for meetings and easy to connect. Too bad my dog chewed them up. Will buy new ones soon I hope. Not too great with bass and loud music

New user
The headset connects to both devices seamlessly. However, occasionally disconnects from one or the other and needs to restart to connect again. Also, I would like to suggest one more size larger. I have a large neck and the headset rests on my tragi (yes, I had to look up what the cartilage was called). The sound quality is fantastic.

Love these!! I work on
Love these!! I work on a crisis line and work 12 hour shifts they last the entire shift if I charge on my 30 min lunch. They should have these as standard issue verses buying my own awsome wireless set.

The best headset
Love the additional mic boom on this set, clients hear me more clearly. The bone conduction sound is pretty impressive. I can hear and I can hear!

The adapter has a lot to be desired, the old adapter i was using was much better. This new one hesitates at every sound making it very irritating and hard to use.

The originals are better
The new version fits looser and is inherently softer sounding. The max doesn't compare to the sound crispness and quality of the original version. The usb-c ch a raging is nice and the function to force it to reconnect with one of the onboard buttons is noce

Almost perfect
I love the first generation OpenComm. The latest generation adds a mute option on the microphone, making a great headset better (mostly).
Unfortunately it also a verbal "mute on" and "mute off" sound that is very distracting during remote meetings. It would be nice if those verbal prompts could be disabled or the volume of those prompts controlled. That one change would...
