I assembled wrong fixed it
Update. I assembled this one wrong with the filter inside the tube. Guess I forgot from when I originally assembled it. My only reccomendation is include an instructions for dummies. 🙂
Now it is working great. I love the colors and the mist. It makes me happy and keeps my plants happy.
My sister bought me a two pack for Christmas because it is so dry in my condo....

Doesn’t work
Was a gift a year ago just took it out of box 3 days ago it puts out a minute of steam and then stops unless I take lid off put it back on I have taken it apart put it back and does the same thing just stops it’s very pretty , but doesn’t work so sad I gave it a 2 because it is pretty

Not the best product.
I bought the 2 pack from a local store. I ran one consistently in my dining room. One day it just stopped putting out mist. I did all the trouble shooting steps and still can't get it to work. I would not recommend.

Easy filling!
We bought the Double Pack at Costco. The primary reason was the easy top fill design which made refilling a breeze. We used another Costco brand that was larger capacity but more complicated to refill.

Really works great untill it didnt
i was given to me as a gift in Jan and here it is Feb and one of the ones stoped working? It was working great for my husband who has had sinus problems and when we hooked it up in our room he was feeling so much better but than it doesn't work- i am very disappointed because i heard good things about this product

We bought the two pack from costco. The first one stopped working and the second, we have so much white stuff to wipe off everything. So stopped using it. Bought a different brand and model with no issues.

Great humidifier….for 2 months.
Solid 4-1/2 star humidifier… for about 2 months. Now will no longer power on. Has only seen distilled water and it inexplicably lost power today. Have inspected and tried different outlets to no avail.

I do not recommend it
I bought this at Costco 2 ago months and I return my first buy because it's leake and no produce some smoke, but the second shoice not working correctly, the leake is more frecuently and no humidifly the enviroment

No mist resolved
So like everyone else I read the instructions wrong. The filter does not go inside the tube, that is the reason why we got no mist. The filter goes in the tank in the filter spot next to the tube. The directions have you remove the tube to get to the spot of where the filter goes which is misleading as I put the filter in the tube. Once you do this you will get a good m...

Good value for the money
Bought two. Quiet. Tank is large enough to last all night in the dry heated air. Seems to put out a significant volume of mist. We believe they help us sleep better. Would purchase again.

Forms mold quickly
I bought this at Costco . After a month I noticed black flakes in the water. I only use water from a Reverse Ismodus filter. To my dismay the entire bottom was full of mold . I emptied it cleaned it and pot it away

I bought the 2-pack at winco and loved them for the first few days then noticed neither of them were producing any mist at all… so I would restart and they misted for a few minutes then stopped, they were still running but the mist won’t work more than a few minutes.
