Essential for SAD!
I purchased this lamp about three years ago and have used it daily while working in my office. I have serious seasonal depression and was living in a state with long winters that were frequently overcast. This little lamp really contributed to lifting my spirits and keeping me motivated!! I highly reccomend it!

Great product and customer service
This is the 2nd Happy Light I’ve owned. I love the size and portability of this light as opposed to my first one. This works great for my seasonal affective disorder. Also, customer service was terrific. They sent me a replacement stand for my broken one at no charge. Thank you so much!!

Small but mighty mood booster!
I love this little light! It is the first one that I've bought, so I wanted to stick with something a bit more basic - it's a great starter light! I moved to the Pacific Northwest this year and this flight has really helped with mood and regulating my wake/sleep cycle in the dark, rainy winter months. Happy Guy with HappyLight
This is bright and effective. It really brightens up the gloomy times. Great size for traveling and fits in a bag or backpack super easily. Durable and athletically pleasing. Can’t emphasize enough how great it is for us. The customer service is wonderful and really go above and beyond!

LOVE MY LIGHT!!!
My HappyLight is absolutely saving me this winter-I moved from California to New York and the dark skies and the cold during the winter months have been rough! Thank goodness I found this light-it gives me energy, improves my mood, my sleep and it looks great on my desk. I have gifted it to several family members as well. Very pleased with it!!

Wish it didn't need to be plugged in!
Perfect except I wish it didn't have to be plugged in to work. I live in a dark, rural area that often goes without power. I keep devices charged and only realized after I unboxed the light that it needs to be plugged into a power source while it is on.

Seasonal Affective Disorder
I love this light. I have seasonal affective disorder and live in New England where the winters are dark and long. This light helps me feel better each and every day so I start my day with it.

Using my SAD light to cure insomnia
I am very happy with my Happy Light! I would have given it a five-star rating if the switch wasn't a little difficult to use. That said, I have been very successful at using it to help reset my body's circadian rhythm which has been fantastic for my insomnia. So nice to be sleeping consistently over seven hours each night!!!

It's that time of year!
Time to get my happy light out again. ASAP. I have used this for years. It's not even time for fall-back time change, but the shorter days seem to be getting shorter faster this year. I will be facing this at me when I'm not just aiming it into the room, because the day just isn't over at 6:30, 5:30, 5:00... 4:30!
