Dies after a few months
I bought this product two times, and both times it was that dead as a brick after using it for one season. Don't waste your money.

Pretty good
It works. For 15 minutes after waking up - the light shines into the eyes. Read on your phone in bed. Doesn't matter. Congratulations - you skip coffee and are much less sleepy during the afternoon.

So far so good
I’ve only used 3xs so far but do believe it’s helping with my energy level and I’ve been wanting to go to sleep earlier and waking up earlier (without the need for an alarm clock).

Easy to Use

Well-made, effective for my SAD.

Sleeping Better!
I purchased this light to help set my circadian rhythm. I am seldom sleepy in the evening and have difficulty falling asleep, having to rely on medication. I think this light is a game changer. In less than two weeks of use, I can already tell a difference. I actually feel tired about 10pm and can drift off within 15 minutes of going to bed.

Overall it is great - I really like the choice of brightnesses and the evenness of the light. I find the on-off switch really tricky - sometimes takes me 10 tries to get it to work! HappyLight® Luxe - White
A lovely life-hack for people with light sensitivity (I am one), to enhance quality of living. The light is nicely dispersed, easy to use, and generally enjoyable. I find it helpful against a persistent insomnia. I also find it enhances concentration. I had minor trouble with the cable falling out of the plug, but I got the hang of it after a few tries.

This thing really truly works.
I was dancing around the kitchen right now making my 2nd cup of coffee and realizing I didn’t even really need that 2nd cup of coffee. I’m having it anyway because I love coffee, but this thing is really amazing. One session made me alert and happy after a week of fighting summertime blues. I’m recommending it to all my friends.
