Great suitcase

Came broken
It came with a broken handle. I had to use two hands and put enough pressure that my hands hurt to even try to get it to raise and lower. Got a refund but was really annoying because I was leaving on a trip soon. Ended up buying from another brand.

Not a rectangle
Handle was a bit sticky and felt flimsy, and the main body curves down at the top instead of being a full rectangular shape - it means you have less space to pack.

Perfect sized bag
We have yet to use it but really like the design of the bag and the size is perfect for checked luggage not too big not too small.

Smooth Moving Bag
Great wheels to move around airport, love the hidden area for the Apple Airtag and so much storage area. Lots of accessories are included to keep your bag organized. The color sticks out so it is easy to find at the baggage claim area. Perfect bag.
