Not eligible for family plan
Read all the way to the bottom, this isn't a generic gift card but seems to be specifically for an individual premium plan. Won't let me apply the $ amount against family plan.

Ridiculous experience
I ordered two Spotify gift cards, to be delivered electronically. I only received one and the code did not work. I contacted Staples customer service, who then referred me to the company that fulfills the orders. That company referred me back to Staples customer service, and the cycle began.
