Love the XL capacity
I have been with Nespresso for more than 20 years. I always wished the frothers had a larger capacity, especially after release of the larger capsule sizes (by the way, the pour over style is my most favorite capsule size, so please DON'T DISCONTINUE IT). Touch sensitive buttons are trash
Same red-light error thing so many others have mentioned. But that was only back when it worked; Now it does not work at all. Does not turn on. Does not care if we want Hot Chocolate. Touch sensitive is really just a touchy button that cannot feel. Just spent 20 minutes with a very nice woman on the phone to try and get the warranty to address this. Will wait to see if ...

Not the best
I have owned it for 1 year and I never liked it it would stop working had to wait and restart since I’ve had it, today it started with the electricity and I figured out it was this because as soon as I reconnected the electricity went of I’m done, I used to have the first ones that came out and never had an issue

Zero stars…do not buy
I am SO upset. This frother does not work at all for almond milk as it is advertised to do.

Poor product
The red light comes flashing on every single time. Some days I never get it to stop so it can’t be used. They should recall and replace all of these. Total waste of money

Worth it.
So far, so good! I was hesitant to purchase because of the price but I had already spent nearly as much on multiple replacements of those cheap handheld frothers. I love that this frother also heats, is dishwasher safe, and is VERY quiet. Error light every time.
As another user stated, this frother will work for 5 seconds and then you get a malfunction light. This didn't happen for the first month or so but now it is every single time I use it. It does what its supposed to do on the 2nd or 3rd try, I'm sure there are better frothers out there.

Problems after 2 months
I was gifted this frother for Christmas and it worked great along with my nespresso vertuo pop machine which still works perfectly. This frother is the worst one I've had from Nespresso - it keeps failing every time we try to get the froth and sometimes it takes 5 or 6 tries to get one to to finish. Does not work properly
9 times out of 10 this milk frother only works for a few seconds before stopping and beeping the error code. I have to try 3 or 4 times before the frother will finally work and warm/froth the milk. I upgraded from the original aeroccino frother and sadly the original one worked way better

Bottom Line: This is the best Nespresso milk froth
If you’re going to purchase a Nespresso milk frother, the Aeroccion XL is probably your best option, as it will allow catering to a wider Cappuccino/Latte audience, especially folks like me who like a little more frothed milk (for me, even this one is a little light on capacity).
