Coordinated hearing aids work best
I'm sorry that I have to report that I was not happy with the hearing aids that were sent to me. I was dissatisfied with the loud buzzing in the right hearing aid that I could not make go away. Also, I have a two pairs of hearing aids from the the VA and so I was not happy with the hearing aids that are not coordinated with each other and have to be adjusted for each ea...

Not Ready
Catherine was very helpful. She understood that my wife was not ready to wear hearing aids. She also asked if my wife would like to try hearing aids in the back of the ears. I appreciate her help with the return.

Good sound quality
I've been using hearing aids for thirty years and recently purchased an Audien Atom One set. I needed larger domes for both aids, unfortunately there was confusion and delay in the ordering process. I called Audien and reached Marwan Ahmed who had the problem corrected in a very short phone call.

Case adjustment screen is outstanding
This review is for the ATOM X. Much easier to use than some of the other Audien hearing aids due to the easy-to-use built-in screen that lets you easily change settings such as volume and mode.
