Not what I hoped for.
I was unable to get the right hearing aid to work. The left worked but the sound quality was terrible.

Great hearing aids.
I had my video appointment today. The hearing specialist, Feah, took time to explain everything and answer my questions. I’m still wearing my hearing aids since the appointment and they are very comfortable. It’s amazing how much better I can hear now.

I’m glad I can hear again
I bought the hearing aids not thanking they would help but I put them in and it was a new world I can watch tv now on low volume go to other houses and hear the tv there great and affordable Thanks Atom One

Like the magnetic case that stores for charger.
I am still in the stage of the brain getting used to a hearing aid, and trying out the helpful suggestions the specialist had in the on-boarding process,

Satisfaction Guaranteed
Since I am not computer friendly, Drey explained everything so that I could understand.She was patient with me and kind. Drey answered all my questions and gave me video resources to use when I need. She opened lines of communication for me to get in touch with her. I felt it was an excellent conference call.

Great Hearing Aids!

I actually bought the Atom Pro 2 and am still adjusting to them. I found my session with Ezz to be really helpful. He listened to my issues and offered solutions and advice.

So Easy to Set Up and Use
I am very pleased with how easy my Audien Ion Pro 2 is to set up and use. Now that I can hear things, I am realizing how much I was missing :) I shared the information with my ex-husband (at our daughter's birthday party) and now he and his wife are looking into it too.
