Hearing aid unuseable: adjustment controls
I bought this a month ago and was beseiged with Audien adds afterwards asking me to upgrade, or buy more hearing aids,supplies, etc. I was offered a free consult on its use, but couldn't because I've been super busy, etc. and notified the original guy who emailed me, but he didn't respond very quickly. Not the right style for me.
Although the product worked well, even after fully inserting the tip properly, the hearing aid itself sits too far out of the canal and is too visible. I don’t like the way it looks b

Thanks for your help.
She heard my complaints and helped me accordingly. The problem wasn’t the product it was my mom’s unwillingness to use it. She definitely tried to persuade me to troubleshoot the issues but since the issues weren’t the product she was able to facilitate the return.

charger
this is the 4th time that the charger stopped working. Samatha found a charger and is going to send it to me. Very disappointed in that she said it would take 2 weeks to receive it. Hearing in only one ear is not very good for business

Great company to deal with!
I have only heard great things about Audien, unfortunately the person i bought them for can not use them. Shan encouraged me to at least try them but a new & better pair of hearing aids is not the issue in this case.

Exchange of hearing aids

I bought the Atom Pro 2 as a gift for my partner who has been losing his hearing for quite some time now. He was constantly asking "What?" every time I spoke to him. He was cranking the TV's volume way up - making me crazy. I had him put one in just to test it out and he immediately could hear much better. you do have a great hearing aides it not for me
they hurt my ears two hrs. our less i have to take them out to rest my ear when i talk they make my voice too louder then my old pairs but cannot stand them in my ear to much pressure feeling i know something in my ear i use the large earbud help stop the squealing in my ear you do make a great product but it not for me
