Great video instructional
I was using hearing aids incorrectly because I did not bother to read the instructions. Adam helped me learn all the techniques to fine tune the hearing aids and it made a HUGE difference!

Great job troubleshooting
James, did a great job helping us with the problem. Unfortunately we have had to send the hearing aid back for a replacement, he spent sufficient time troubleshooting and was very helpful.

Excellent features especially the hearing loss!
I bought ION Pro behind the ear and the left hearing aid was disconnecting from Bluetooth frequently. Rina helped me reset the device and and order another pair. She was very helpful and efficient and clearly knew what she was doing and all related protocols needed as well. I give her an A+ for my service call performance today.

Adam was a great help recommending I upgrade to the Atom X. The features should provide me with the solutions to my issues with the Atom Pro 2. He described the features it has and how it would help me. He answered all my questions with no hesitation and the answer was very understandable. He was great!!

Good help with basic setup.
Very helpful and easy to follow instructions. Being a little near sighted it helped to have some added explanation.

Helpful
Rem was very helpful in explaining the features of the hearing aids. Our only drawback is the Atom Pro 2 is not supported via a phone app. I wish this info was known before purchasing through QVC.
