Unit case screen on Atom X stopped working on second day. Sheila was great over the phone in explaining and beginning the exchange process. I hope the rest of the process goes as smoothly.

Poor
I bought one of these hearing aids in the end of charging for two hearing aids. I’ve been emailing somebody that knew exactly what I needed and they were supposed to get off, they gave me a phone call in the person I talk to had no idea what I was talking about

Jeah is Great
Jeah is a jewel. She's professional as well as patient. Took my complaint seriously and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. She followed through with a follow up call. Jeah would be a fine addition for any company. I hope she gets the credit she's due. I suspect this is not unusual for her.

It’s an improvement
I’m still getting used to using the devices and just wearing for a short time at home. I prefer using just one and so far just with tv. The voices are much clearer but the fit is not right. I’m waiting for some extra small ear domes to arrive. The support is fabulous

Request to help a satisfied customer
Very considerate sales and help desk to help stop text and emails since I am a happy customer and don’t need any sales stuff. In fact will be quite upset if I keep getting flooded with text and emails
