hearing very clear, easy to change the volume

great product
One that I had problems with my Atom Pro2 was making changes.The AtomX solved the problem. That's the reason I bought it. I had problems and could not make the hook up with Mohammed Awad. I sent him some questions and he took took the time and returned the info. I needed. I would like to THANK him for going over and beyond to answer my questions.

Outstanding performance
Omar was fantastic. He worked professionally to get my concerns answered. I would like to give him more than 5 stars. He went above and beyond to address my concerns. I can’t say enough about him. There are not enough words to tell about him. I would highly recommend him for anyone to address customers concerns.

Wonderful discussion with audiologist.
The audiologist was wonderful to talk to although my mother was unable to attend the meeting. I will continue using his suggestions to address the buzzing in the hearing aids. Once my mother is better we will try them again.
