My Mom was dissatisfied with the product she’s 91 years old and she has dementia and she already has hearing aids. I have no idea why she purchased these. Thank you for helping us return them.

Inadequate color selection!!!
I purchased your hearing devices a couple of weeks ago due to great reviews. Had to return due to only 1color option… caucasian.
It’s hard for me to understand how any company in the world, let alone the United States, would only provide a product in white.

helpful features
I learned some things about fit and time to adjust. At times it was hard to understand Roy. Not sure if that was due to the connection. He was very patient with me as we tried to connect to the Bluetooth.

Great features, easy to use once device in the ear
It’s been two days, and it’s been surprisingly and happily good do far. The tech phone support has been great. Ahmed was very helpful today. The tips he gave me about how to place the device was excellent. He answered all my questions and was very encouraging.

Very helpful
I was very pleased with my initial call with Audien. I needed help deciding which hearing aides would work best for me and Salah did an excellent job providing me with all the info I needed and answered all my questions.

cones are too big. they are 3 times the size of my Jabra hearing aids and are painful when installed in my ear.

The aids, once placed properly in the ears, do a wonderful job, especially with regard to the resolution of conversation!

Hopeful for better results.
After two weeks of using the hearing aids, I was experiencing a low volume recurring intermittent buzzing/chirping sound in my right ear. This problem existed even when I swapped the hearing aids from my left ear to my right ear. I tried different mode and volume settings to no avail. I even tried to rotate the hearing aid at 90 degree intervals in hopes of eliminati...
