Am easy exchange
I had bought the audien atom Pro 2 hearing aids for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately, he was not interested in using them at this time and asked me to return them. Very helpful and sweet
I bought my husband’s hearing aides and he accidentally dropped them in the commode. Fortunately I purchased the protection plan. Rana was so patient and helpful in spite of technical computer problems. She was so sweet!

The Atom X hesting aids are very easy to operate.
My mom has been having a difficult time hearing. We purchased the Audien Atom X hearing aids. She can now hear clearer and join in conversations. Eyna assisted us in an online video appointment. She answered all of our questions promptly and professionally. There were no hard sells pitches either. So far we are very satisfied with the hearing aids. Thank you Audien.

Great consultant
The onboard interview was good. Consultant was pleasant and friendly and knowlegeable. However, sometimes I couldn't understand her.

My husband and I bought the atomX hearing aids and are really happy with this product. Very clear and easy to use. The versatility of having options when not having case available is a great 👍.

Good information for my situation .
Myrose was very helpful and understanding. She talked to me on features on another unit with a video on how it might solve some issues I am having. Medical reasons with my Tinnitus.

Big Ears
When I received this product it was in great shape and it seems to work. The ear pieces were to large for me that's why I returned it. I'm sure that the fitting were ok I would of keep the earpieces.
May a smaller size would work better for people like me.

Great meeting with Hazel!
We had the pleasure of having a video call with Hazel. She explained everything we need to know about Atom X OTC hearing aid that we bought for my husband. She took her time to answer all of our questions and provided us with a number we could call if we had any questions.

Great hearing devices
Just bought and the results are favorable with a fe adjustments for the ear buds to fit well. So far my hearing is better and more clarity in receiving TV and conversations.
