Terrible motor blew in less than 2 months! Warranty voided terrible generator even worse the fake warranty! Complete disappointing experience 😪

I bought my unit based on its dual fuel capabilities however starting it in LP mode is a bit of a challenge.

Will run the whole house.
Bought generator on Amazon black Tuesday. Still breaking it in. Electrician said it was a good product. Starts easy with on or two pulls . Hope I never have to use it to run the house but if bad weather sets in I will be ok.

Super handy
Super durable and handy. We have a winter storm coming and I feel totally prepared because we have this thing! It is super heavy and we keep it in the garage.

Nice generator
This geneator will be great when we are boondocking with our RV! It requires gasoline which is a minus for me because of the smell but at the same time, it is easy to find and purchase. This is a very heavy item, and you will need a friend to move it around!

Quality Generator
The Generac 5500 generator was very simple and easy to put together. Adding oil and fuel easy as well. Start-up with manual startup was fairly easy. This unit also comes with a battery for an electric start which is pretty cool. Solid, well-made unit.

electric star is a bonus

Great quality
The Generac generator that I purchased for our fiber splicing trailer has been great. We haven't had any issues thus far. It is easy to start and starts quickly even in cold weather. It is very quite compared to most others and the gas usage is very minimal. We are more than pleased with our Generac!

Great Generator!!! So grateful for it!!
Wonderful generator! Heavy duty. Gas fueled. Works great and cost effective. The only downside is that it’s very heavy and you need more than one very strong person for initial set up or to even move it and put it together!

Big and durable
It’s been very cold in Wisconsin so I did not have the time to assemble the generator onto its wheels, but I will get to that soon and update my review if needed! This is a very sturdy, powerful and durable piece of machinery. I’m happy to have this for peace of mind if we were to need to use a generator!
