Great generator for the price!
I recently purchased a Generac 3300i inverter generator for my camper, and I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s quiet, efficient, and easy to start, making it perfect for camping trips. It’s lightweight and portable, so loading it in and out of the camper is no hassle. Overall, an excellent generator for the price—reliable, well-built, and great peace of mind when I’m of...

Super disappointed
I bought this on Friday for our tailgate on Saturday. Put oil in it that came with it, filled it with ethanol free gas and never would start. After 3 hours of trying to get it to start we just gave up. Have never been more disappointed in purchasing a product as buying this portable generator. Ruined the entire tailgate

Worked as advertised. Saved my food supply!
Used it twice now for neighborhood wide power outages. It has enough power to keep a refrigerator, freezer and some electronics going. For the first outage I had charged the battery and it started with the electric start. For the next outage, battery wasn't charged enough. However, the pull start worked easy on the first try.

Great portable Inverter/generator
I'm very pleased with the purchase of this model Generac Inverter. Really like the dual fuel operation and its low noise level. The other features that did NOT disappoint is its mobility to move around with the clever pull up handle, makes it very easy to maneuver as I'm a senior citizen. Also, pleased with having both the electric start and pull start option should th...

The inverter generator works as advertised. I thought it would start better than it does. It takes at least 4 pulls to get it started. My Briggs lawn mower starts on 1 pull and the generator takes 4 or more. Could be bettered engineered.

Response from Staples :
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that was caused by your portable generator failing to start during the tailgate. Clearly, this falls short of the positive experience we strive to deliver our customers. Starting issues can often be resolved by verifying that the fuel being used is clean and fresh, that the start dial is turned on, and that the choke is in the correct position when starting. If you have ruled out the basics, please contact us at 888-436-3722 so we can help resolve this for you.

Didn't work for me
It says this generator will run a 15000 btu RV air conditioner. But it kicks to overload every time. I have a small 28 ft pull camper. Buy a bigger one or a different brand. Now I have a generator I'll never use. For 800.00

Response from Staples :
Thank you for leaving us a review. We're sorry for any confusion you may have experienced about your generator, and regret that it currently is not satisfying your power demands. We'd like to take this opportunity to provide some clarity about this generator's power capacity. This generator can produce up to 3,300 starting watts, and 2,500 running watts. Starting watts (or surge watts) are a temporary burst of power to help start large, energy intensive appliances, like A/C units. Given the circumstances you described, it sounds like your 15,000 BTU RV air conditioner is exceeding the maximum power capacity of the generator, resulting in an overload condition. Depending on the specific model, an A/C of this size could be demanding 3,500 starting watts or more. On p.11 of the owner's manual, we provide a wattage reference guide which may help gauge what appliances and systems you are able to support with your portable generator. In order to provide enough power to support your A/C, you might consider adding an additional generator. This generator model is parallel ready, which allows you to connect two compatible Generac generators for twice the power. The parallel kit is sold separately and can be purchased here: https://generac.ordertree.com/parallel-kit-3000-3500w-inv/5638475137.p
