If I could give zero stars, I would. Use to love this product, but recent changes made by the company make it no where near worth the money they charge.

I was pleasantly surprised by the protein pastries. I ordered a variety pack and now have gone back and ordered several of the flavors I liked the best. I drink a lot of protein shakes, but sometimes you want something you can chew!

These are a good option when you’re craving something sweet but need protein! They’ve managed to keep the calories and sugar low but still provide satisfying taste. I love keeping them on hand

Have gone down in quality
At first these protein pop tarts were a great fit for my family, my daughter and husband loved them. They were and easy grab and go snack. However more recently we have seen them get smaller and smaller. They have also become less fluffy in texture.

All of these pastries are delicious & the 20 grams of protein , with just 2. grams of sugar is just The Best. . The S'more flavor is Very good, but I can't say which flavor is my Favorite. . .

They're okay. A little heavy but not terrible. I would be nice to make some truly LC pastries without wheat that aren't so heavy, but it seems like that is a pipe dream
