So far so good!
I have replaced the cheap hoover I bought 5 years ago which has giving me too many headaches for this V11 and first thing I noticed is the suction power is amazing plus the running time is longer than I was expected so at the moment I cannot be happier. Highly recommend!

wonderful vacuum cleaner
Machine works very well - I love the choice of speeds and that it tells you amount of time left on charge. I like the upholstery attachment, and the other 2 as well, Suction is great.

Great buy
Looked at a high specified hand held from a reputable mfr but plumped for Dyson in the end - glad I did and worth every penny. The only reason why not 5 stars is the trigger mechanism which needs to be depressed physically to operate as opposed to on/off switch

very strong suction!
Just had time to use it. I do miss the option for floor or carpet. Suction so strong I can barely move it, however, with just doing one room, the canaster was almost full. So that is a plus!

Not sure but love dyson
I had a v11 for at least 5 years and it worked perfectly until it didn’t. The new one I purchased makes a weird sound like a person who has issues breathing but it works great. Not sure about the sound its making.

Awesome lightweight vaccuum
My sister and I both have the V11. We love it so much we bought one for our mom. She loves it too! The accessories are great and it’s easy to set up. Love how lightweight it is.

A very effective battery powered vacuum cleaner
This is a really good vacuum cleaner. The easily controllable settings allow the machine suction levels to be adjusted to match the floor or carpets. The dust collector is cleverly designed to make it easy to empty, albeit the pipe to the head must first be removed. That is easy to do and the attachments click into place. A disappointing start
On the first use of my new v11, the Hair screw tool was attached. When finished using it, the click removal button wouldn't release the attachment. Several people in my household tried, and no one was able to get it to detach. I called Dyson and the agent was unable to provide a solution. Best vacuum
This is the best vacuum on every count. It is lightweight, extremely powerful, charges fast and has a flexible neck that allows you to easily shift your vacuum direction to catch any bits as you move across the floor or into tight corners.

Love My Dyson V11
Very happy so far. We had bought one of the originals when they first came out and was disappointed with it as it stopped working all together. But our full sized Dyson is now 25 years old and still going strong. So, we decided to try this again and glad we did.

Model V11 Extra has many nice features. Unfortunately, the head floor (cleaning) unit of model V11 (and other models) without height adjustment damages carpets, especially delicate carpets. Therefore, I regret that I had to return it. My son's V11 (bought three years ago) has such, mechanically simple height adjustment.
