Fantastic product
Fantastic vacuum all the way around. By far the best robot vacuum I’ve owned. Very smart and efficient. Also by far the quietest robot vacuum too!

Deeply unimpressed as a 10-year Dyson supporter
Original review: Constantly lost. Constantly hitting walls at full speed. Constantly “locating zone”. Hair wrap on brush roll is crazy in 2025. Works even worse than usual in dimly lit rooms.

Love my Dyson 360
Love my Dyson 360. Mapped my entire house. Love how I can choose where to clean, when to schedule it & can pick between boost/auto/quick cleaning methods.

Wide Brush Design more value for your money.
Dyson 360 is the best design Robot Vacuum I’ve ever owned, the floor actually is touch by a wide brush. After using, the room even smells better. When emptying the Dyson 360 you will notice the finer dust being collected. Very well made!! Compare Weight and Features of others.

Works hard and great, but needs update programming
This is very good product. Just a Dyson..!!!
Just first time needs mapping for clean up area, but it was error happened underneath of bed frame.
Plus It was happened one time couldn`t park at dock after finished job.

Love this vacuum!
I bought two of these a month ago, one for each floor, and love them. We have carpets everywhere and these are really effective on carpets (as well as other floor types, but the big wide brush and Dyson suction power is why I chose these). It picks up all sorts of dust and dirt and our place has been very clean ever since! It’s so nice to come home to a vacuumed house. ...

Better, Cheaper options exist
Way too loud, gets lost easily, completely turns off when it detects a change in elevation and stays off until someone fixes it, even if driving over a vent or detecting a step. Not pleased, returning shortly

Simply the best!
This robot has completely changed the way I clean!! The Vis Nav has easily cut my cleaning time by 75%. It does an amazing job on multiple hard floor surfaces, carpets, and rugs. Easy to use, durable, and extremely intelligent - cannot say enough positive things about the robot

Works great…mostly
Bought 3 weeks ago and it exceeded expectations. Good vacuum performance and fine navigation. But it has developed a loud annoying vibration noise. I have cleaned and inspected it and the brush bar many times with no luck. Works fine otherwise.

Don't buy this product
I bought this because I trusted the brand but it is no good. Software for mapping the house is backward compared with Chinese technology and if you need help, you have to jump through so many hoops you are better off figuring it out yourself. Doesn't get into corners and has an irrational way of moving from one place to the next. Don't buy one!

I own six Dyson products and this is extremely disappointing. Took it in for services the first week and it still can’t find the dock to recharge.

Frustrating
It gets stuck on everything. Sometimes it will be in the middle of the floor and still say it’s stuck. Very disappointed.

Worth every penny!
I love my Robot Vacuum! Have terrible Arthritis in my hands and vacuuming was so painful. Now it's a breeze! Wish I made the switch sooner.

Airways blocked - all the time!!
My product keeps telling me that it has an airway blockage even after I clean it as per Dyson instructions. I actually bought two air filters so that I could rinse one in water and have it drying for 24 hours while I used the other one.
Dyson will clean if I activate it directly (it then only cleans without restrictions) but I keep getting the blockage message up when ...

Keeps up with a St. Bernard
We like it pretty good so far, doesn’t get stuck in places like other robot vacuums we had before and also keeps up with our St. Bernard’s hair better than the others too.

Unable to clean scheduled area.
Generally happy. However it regularly has times when it says it could not clean a scheduled area. This is frustrating as it seems to not find rooms that are mapped. My way around this to power it off and then turn it on in a couple of minutes. I have had to do this 2 times in the last fortnight.

Good vacuum for the most part
Vacuums well when it doesn’t get stuck or lose connectivity. It gets stuck on floor vents which is really surprising.

Not Bad, not great
It has a bizarre way it navigates the floor. Instead of a smooth line back and forth it does nudges in all directions. It just burns up the battery. To do my living room of 20 x 30, it has to recharge several times. It has gotten stuck multiply times under chairs. I need to spend more time helping it create a pattern so it can successfully navigate.
